First time user of buzziod

As we are a marketing company we had a idea of taking business forward with buzziod but I ordered for 1000 followers which is 12.99$ and paid it .Sudddenly the page got blanked and the amount got debited .I have sent 4 mails to buzziod support with evidence but I have not received any confirmation mail or refund till date .As a marketing firm we have to answer our customers for their money .They took our money and not giving any response .I dint even get my order I鈥檇 or confirmation mail or refund .I m looking for a answer till now .Is this the way buzziod treat new business
