BuzzFrag uses promoters on the BuzzFrag network to earn their money using the promotor's social media (Instagram), websites, or blogs. While they pledge to reimburse the promotor's effort with PayPal reimbursements they do not. They keep saying they will pay, but they do not so repeatedly.
