Do not spend your money with this company. We purchased a commercial glass washer for our hotel bar. Less than 2 days after being installed it became clear that the machine wasn't working properly. Reported it to Buzz Catering thru their process of service. Encountered rude, aggressive, and extremely unhelpful staff, bar one woman in the accounting dept. Buzz couldn't find anyone in our area who could come and fix it. So, they decided to take it back and send out to manufacturer leaving us with no glass washer for Christmas and New Year. They refused to send another one whilst to two day old other one was out of service!! As well, we bought service warranty and labour for 2 years. None of what happened is covered so we ended up paying for a "service call" up front which may be given back if Buzz ascertained that we aren't responsible for the machine nor working. At the time of writing have not been contacted with an update on the situation. Such poor attitude from almost all its employees. When dealing with them it's as though you are really bothering them. Poor.
