In early Sept, with summer coming I thought the buzzbgone might be a good idea so bought 3 – 1 for me and 2 for my folks who have a larger mosquito issue than I. Never got an order confirmation or delivery notification. Emailed '[email聽protected]' and they said they cannot find my order. Each time I email they trot out the same line. I suspect it's an automated message. They took over $200 from me and I'm severely vexed… mostly that I was stupid enough to click the click bait in the first place, but also that they will no doubt get away with it. How many others have they done this too? Hope this can help a few.

THIS IS A SCAM PRODUCT! I mistakenly ordered two (2) sets of 5 units (clicked "submit order" but nothing happened, so I clicked again – a scam in itself), so I ended up with 10 units.

These units are nothing more than CHEAP USELESS nightlights! They do NOTHING to attract or capture mosquitoes. After more than a week of continuous use, NONE of 10 units caught a single mosquito – NOT EVEN ONE MOSQUITO CAPTURED – with 10 units turned on! The area around my house was glowing blue (from the supposed "UV light") with thousands of mosquitoes swarming around but not one single mosquito caught! Each unit was placed in a heavily populated "cloud" of mosquitos, but after more than a week the only things trapped were a few small moths (the vent holes are too small to capture anything larger than a very small insect). I have requested a FULL refund and hope I will not get the runaround and denials. These units were advertised as "satisfaction guaranteed" with "no hassle returns." It's impossible to leave a negative review on Google or on their website. All of the "reviews" are FAKE paid advertising! It's been a hassle and waste of time thus far with checking the empty baskets and now having to go through the process of attempting to get my money back with a PayPal dispute.

I ordered Buzz B Gone bug zapper. I received two items. I want to return one item, The shipping place or Buzz B Gone cannot be reached by phone or email. Have tried numerous times to reach them for a RMA number, so the item can be returned. Box has not been opened. The e-mails and phone calls are just dumped. Since there is no way to contact this CO> I think it is a scam. The shipping place is 191 Blair Rd, Avenel, NJ, 07001 I saw a couple of phone no's on this site, your put on call waiting and it never ends. Same with the Buzz B Gone number. How do I get the RMA number to send back the extra item? I give up!! Please help.
