Abysmal customer service. "Buzzard" was outraged that I'd ask for shipping info on my bass strings, sent extremely vulgar and unprofessional emails about his outrage, and told me that he doesn't care if I'm a returning customer or not, "99.99999% of my buyers are idiots who ask the same stupid ****ing questions."
