I bought and payed for a Braun shaver over one month ago, and buzzador still hasn't delivered the product, and won't even give me the track&trace number of the package that they, according to themselves, has already sent two weeks ago. Their customer service is awful, and unhelpful per definition. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I am currently in contact with a lawyer in order to get a refund for the shaver I already paid for… Worst experience ever.
