The above reviews are highly questionable considering the marketing tactics normally used by Three Stars Inc/BuzzGrub. Just do a Google search on BuzzGrub, they've spammed their marketing gunk onto every site on the internet that will accept it, and on quite a few that won't.

BuzzGrub is the latest incarnation of USA Voice (aka World Voice News) which was denounced as a phishing scheme by the Washington Post:

Since newspaper readership is going downhill fast, I think online newspapers are the wave of the future. If that's true, then I think websites like this will become immensely popular. Especially BuzzGrub because they limit who who writes articles to actual good writers. So it's not just a free for all with a bunch of lousy 'journalists' that eventually turns into a blog site. We'll have to see where this goes…

It's cool that you have to be approved as one of their writers but this idea has been done before. The only reason I think it might make it is because they are more strict with who they let write for them and that will attract a better class of users/visitors.

Awesome website. The look of it, the idea of it, the feel of it, the language. The best part of it is that not just anyone can write an article for them. You have to be approved after sending in writing samples. This way, young journalists can get exposure as well as being published but it's not just a blogging site. It seems really cool and I can't wait for it to fully launch!
