I paid for 3 of these cozy desks a year ago, they never shipped the items! I鈥檝e been emailing them for a year with no response other than the one below!
I checked with PayPal and they confirmed that there was never a case opened on this!
Now I鈥檝e sent 28 emails without a response!!!

I tried to purchase i cozy desk through the Facebook link and their website said that there was an error so I retried to receive the same error note. On the third attempt it told me that my purchase had been made however I had been charged three times for the one purchase. I contacted them immediately and they apologised for the inconvenience and that the first two would be refunded in about 10 days. When I received the cozy desk it had been mangled in transit. I contacted their support team who asked for photos then confirmed that a full refund would be made. This all started before Christmas 2018 and despite repeated claims from their support of refunds being made, I have no refunds. I don't even think they will answer my emails any more. STEER CLEAR.

Terrible product, cheap materials and not what you would expect from the reviews and advertising. All the reviews on the website are fake, I left a 1-star review and it was immediately deleted. Scam, avoid buying anything from Buyzip.

Excellent service by Buyzip. I bought my modern bag in september, 2018. Fast delivery, great customer service and high quality items make me to recommend Buyzip for everyone.

This backpack was prefect for crowded European cities where pickpocketing is a problem. We felt totally secure in keeping things in the bag throughout our trip. Others even commented on how they wished they had thought to get a better backpack before the trip.

Good store. I use my Modern Bag every day for few months. It's very stylish, durable and comfortable! I can highly recommend it to everyone, who want perfect backpack.

I love Buyzip! The customer service in this store is great. I ordered a Cozy Desk on Buyzip and it feet perfect to me. I use it every day, it's highly practical and functional, it is a great product at a good price.

Again – avoid Buyzip.com as well as their CozyDesk. I've had to send numerous requests to the company about returning the malfunctioning desk. When I finally did hear back (thanks Trustpilot!) I got conflicting advice about where and how to return my order, and no way to followup. I'm enormously frustrated – and cannot recommend anybody use the company.

I really like this company! I bought a chilldesk for my husband, and his back feels much better working with him. (he likes to take him in bed). The support team helped me organize everything.

bought a cozy desk through a facebook ad. Besides not fitting my MacBook pro..the product is very very poor quality and ease of use is off the charts in the negative. No response from customer service for a return for 'defective merchandise" All of their "reviews" are contrived 5 star reviews from fake "verified purchasers" with NO way to submit an honest review even though I am a verified buyer.

Scam. Website has no phone number, the address is phony. Google Maps and Google Earth both verify the address is a parking lot next to a convenience store in some ghetto rathole in Florida. Steer clear. There are other ways to buy ANY product marketed here. I purchased my order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I'm reversing the charge on my credit card and ordering the same product thru Ebay or Amazon.
