did not send and did not answer at all, waste my time, paypal refund. Order number 15780…………………………….

BEWARE – BEWARE – BEWARE!!!
Wish I had checked out reviews before I tried to purchase from this company.
I placed an order on 09/14/16 – received no confirmation email.
I had to email them to get a confirmation.
Then – I called on 09/16/16 to get the status of the order – no one answers the phone – there is no voicemail – and no one responded to the online chat I tried to start.
I emailed again for status – and someone did call me back – but could barely understand this person. They told me my entire order (2 different hat styles) was discontinued – and that they had sent me an email informing me of this.
I have found no email – in spam – or junk folder.
I am now 2 days behind on getting product for this order.
BAD BUSINESS!!!

I've used this company a handful of times and they've screwed up on a couple of my orders. This time was the last straw! They sent me ugly red hats instead of putty cinch sacks and wouldn't ship the cinch sacks until they took out another $80+ from my account!!! They screwed up and they charged me twice for something I didn't get? Not only that but now my customers have been waiting for their items for 2 weeks while I've been waiting for this 2nd shipment! I still haven't received it as I type this. I tried calling them 3 times today to ask for a tracking number and nobody answered the phone! These guys are idiots. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed on their website but it means nothing!!! I'm 100% dissatisfied but what do they care? Do yourselves a favor and find a more competent company. I will NEVER use this company again!
I finally got a hold of someone by phone yesterday 7/20/16 and was told my item had been delivered. I said that it was not and asked what address they were shipped to. The address was wrong! I then said that I just want my money refunded. I don't want the bags. The guy on the phone said that my bags had already been shipped? How is that possible when you just found out they were delivered to the wrong address? He said, no they were shipped last Thursday. What?! That doesn't even make sense. This guy lied to me and told me they already shipped instead of refunding my money! He lied!!! Guess what showed up at my door at 8:30AM this morning?! My bags that were sent NEXT DAY mail! Just ridiculous and disgusting!!!
