From start to finish the attention and support from the staff at BuyWake was excellent, resolving every doubt I had immediately and attentively. However my shipment was international and, even though I know this is not BuyWake's fault, it would be nice if they let you know explicitly that there may be other charges from customs in your country.
Other than that and overall it was a great shopping experience.
