I ordered a OtterBox Defender Series case for a 6s . I was sent a case for a 8/7 series the box had been opened and was damaged and it looks like a fake . Despite numerous phone calls and emails there has been no answer . I will post another review in a week to update if anything has changed.

It was good to be able to identify a genuine BlackBerry accessory. Excellent service and very helpful when the delivery had appeared to go astray (postman had put it in a locked post box, signed the receipt himself and not informed anyone about the delivery!)

Avoid! Ordered iPhone X case – they make u pay by Klarna (pay later) – they sent iPhone 7 case – I returned it – now Klarna (a bank) have been badgering me for 拢9.99 – Buytec are denying that I returned the case – and Klarna have got debt collection involved!!! Buytec impossible to get hold of. Avoid Avoid AVOID!

Bought an iPhone 3 weeks ago for my daughters birthday and when she decided it wasnt for her we returned it to buytec for a refund. Easy and quick with refund sent promptly. I recommend them and will come back again 🙂

I have ordered iPhone adapter which wasn鈥檛 fit for its purpose. As a result I have returned the item and requested a refund. However, they have refused to respond and have not provided any refund.

Avoid this company as you will not receive any refund and any of your consumer statutory rights will be ignored

I've read a number of reviews on here but I decided to go with byte to purchase an iPhone 6s case. After I didn't receive my package I contacted bytes who replied within 12 hours to (I emailed them at 11pm). It transpired that I had inputed an old address and the package had been posted back to them. They sent it out the same day and I received it 24 hours later. Overall a good experience and they were very patient despite my mistake.

son bought product as christmas present for me however I have upgraded my phone so the product is no use to me. Sent an email requesting authorisation to return product as per returns procedure but no reply. Have sent Facebook message, email & rang on numerous occasions and have now resorted to involving Citizens Advice. Sent recorded delivery letter to registered address (has been signed for) & returns address (PObox address so is only signed for on collection) giving 7 days for response but as yet received nothing. Now to progress things further with Citizens Advice. AVOID at all costs!

bought a griffin case on 25th December, 拢19.99, no delivery or communication at all and no refund. Wish i had read the other reviews first !! I would suggest to people to not even consider buying from this ?? company

I ordered a set of Beats by Dre for my fianc茅 and received an email on Monday saying they had been dispatched. I paid for UK Express Delivery (1day) and still haven't received them (it's now Friday night).

I've emailed three times, facebook messaged, website chatted and phoned about 6 times all with no response whatsoever. I can't believe companies do this to people at Christmas.

I'd be happy with a refund but no-one will even get back to me.

This is the second case I have ordered and I am as equally pleased with the product and service.These are beautifully made cases. Even the packaging is of an extremely high quality! I have now bought three of these for different mobile phones and they all fit perfectly. All were delivered in time. Great service!

I ordered a morphie space pack 24Nov and paid via paypal had a email back from Buytec confirming receipt and would be delivered 2/3 working days now 13Dec item not arrived have not heard anything from Buytec to say reason for delay.Since my review have received refund now happy

I bought a Samsung phone case, paid next day delivery but it don't arrive until a day or two later. Then realised I'd ordered the wrong case so sent it back 17 days ago and not heard anything. I sent an email before hand asking if I can return it which was fine, have since sent an email which has been ignored, left an answer phone message which has been ignored and tried ringing numerous times with no answer!
Update: a week later I was told to contact the courier to see where the parcel is, after saying it was sent by royal mail standard delivery so there's no way of tracking it. Still without a refund a month later!
