14 days and still awaiting a freezer part.
Tried to use fast delivery service but not available.
Contacted them today, desperate for the part as I have NO freezer.
What do they say.
Wait 21 days and we will look into it.
Buy spares.ie is NOT located in IRELAND.
only good thing I can say is they answer their email quickly

Customer service useless. I ordered several cooker parts, they sent all correct bar one. Right part ordered, wrong part sent. They then did their utmost to not send the part that was actually ordered and infer it's all the customer's fault, and their systems can only refund, and you'll have to reorder. Wouldn't use them again, very arrogant.
