Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Sorry but its to the point. 2 emails, no reply, quick to send the goods, bad at following up. Guarantee? Nope, one bag was already burst, one followed a day later.

This outfit is not transparent. It's a bit obscure, but they seem to be linked to Pressplay Homeshopping. They don't have enough information about the product Express Sim 123. They don't operate as ethically and consciously as possible.

This bag is rubbish. It worked for 2 days and became very soft , waste of money and bad customer service too. My money was taken twice and I called d customer service . I was told someone will get back to me but no one ever did. 3 days and counting . I wish I read all of this reviews before placing an order. I just want my money back.

I have placed my order with this company and have not received goods. instead of them processing a refund or sending out another order immediately i now have to fill in a form and send it back. this company is happy to take your money but are "too busy" to deal with any problems. I have called them numerous times and been given several different pieces of information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I AM NOW REALLY WORRIED TO DISCOVER THIS COMPANY PASS YOUR DETAILS ON TO 3RD PARTY COMPANIES AND SET CUSTOMERS UP ON SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT THEY HAVE NOT SIGNED UP FOR. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND GRIEF AND AVOID THIS COMPANY BUYSPACESYSTEMS AT ALL COST….Shop at ARGOS or AMAZON INSTEAD.

I have called customer services again and and advised them of Consumers Right Act of Oct 2015 where goods purchased online can be cancelled immediately or until 14days from delivery of goods. I have finally been advised that my refund should take place within 3-5 working days however Spacesystems refused to send an e-mail confirming this.
Will keep you updated.

I bought the space bags and then got a phone call from a man telling me that details were being sent out to me for a free trial to belong to a company where I got goods at reduced prices. I stated on no less than 3 occassions that I was not interested, didn't want it, didn't want the information and was not going to belong to any "club" I then got an envelope with my "membership details" and unless I rang to cancel with 30 days 拢99.99 was going to be taken from my bank account. I rang an cancelled but guess what it is a premium rate number. I have reported Spacebags to Trading standards. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I also saw these advertised on TV.

But the advertisement does not say that we will pass your details onto a third party company called "Freetime Household Appliances".

Luckily my credit card company contacted me today when this company tried to take 拢99.99 from my credit card.

I tried to wrack my brain as to who or where had taken this money.

On Money supermarket I found the answer.

I have reported said company to trading standards as well as television standard authority for false marketing.

In addition my card has been destroyed and marked as a fraudulent claim against me. As a result this is flagged with the police.

I was advised by Buyspacesystems.com that "Freetime Household Appliances" is a sister company of Buyspacesystems.com.

As my credit card company said to me she gets her bags from the poundshop and they work just as good if better.

I was not impressed with the product as after a day air had seeped back into the bag.

I recently bought the bags that you no doubt have seen advertised on the TV where you put duvets and stuff inside a plastic bag. You attach your vacuum cleaner to a valve and it draws all the air out of the bag and reduces the size of whatever you put inside it so it takes up less space.
I bought their system and it is alright. Not great as the closure system is fiddly but okay.
What I didn't figure on however was that they would pass my details onto another company called Free Time based in Spain. These clowns signed me up for a 30 day trial membership in some sort of catalogue membership scheme whereby if I did not let them know otherwise they would take 拢99.99 for a year's membership.
The first I knew of it was when the bank phoned me to ask if I recognised the transaction which I obviously didn't and the bank cancelled the payment and I held on to my money.
Several days later my "Membership Pack" arrived outlining all the stuff I could have as part of their scheme which needless to say went straight into the bin.
I contacted Space Systems to ask why someone had my Bank Details who I had no knowledge of and got this as a reply
"Dear Customer,
We, as a company, are hired by Free Time to retain all details of those contacted.
We would suggest that you speak with Free Time regarding the lack of contact you have received.
They can be contacted on 0844 XXX XXXXX or you can write to them using this address:
Customer Services Department

Marbella
Malaga
Spain
We would also like to take this opportunity to apologise for the confusion here and also thank you for bringing this error to our attention."
My obvious response was why one earth I should contact them as I had not contacted them in the first place, I just wanted the bags which I now had.
I would steer clear of any company who supplies your Bank Details to another company without your pernmission. Thanks to the Royal Bank for their quick action for stopping the payment and providing a new bank card promptly.
Never again.
