"buypremiumtech.com" and "idownload.tv" are SCAM!!! – AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
I signed for 3 day trial for $1.99 found out that there where no files to download like the rest of the scammed people and immediately after 5-10 minutes ask for account cancelation.
After a day they replied like some nonsense to my ticket and close that ticket without option to reopen it again.
I opened 5-10 more new tickets about account and recurring/further payments cancellation but no reply.
They will try to drag this account cancellation until that 3 passed, so they can bill you another $50.
If you are their of this SCAM company and still in that 3 day trial report stolen or lost CC to your bank or CC company
and they will not be able to charge you more payments.
Also if you are passed that 3 day trial and already charged more also report missing/stolen CC,
because this is a SCAM company and they will not hesitate to charge you more or again and God knows what else…
After you have reported that stolen/lost card you will get another new card with new number and they will not be able to charge you anymore again.
New CC qill cost you like $10, but better safe then sorry.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!

I thought that I was subscribing to Downloadweb instead my money was taken from this site!
The worst thing is that they have not waited for the end of the three day trial but they immediately charged me 37 euros (about $ 50!).

The online assistance do not work at all.

Do not give your data to these people!!

UPDATE: after a couple of email, they remboursed me.
The main point was explain them that I was not satisfied because they gave me not a download access but a peer 2 peer system (based on ARES) which is forbidden in my country.

All in all: use this service only if you want some help in using p2p programs qhich are freely available on the net.

I can unfortunately confirm all the negative reviews. please stay away from this bad site.

This website has very professional layout and they are providing unique and useful service at reasonable price. I signed up a week before and I used software. It is working fine; I never had any problem with it. I download all kind of stuff through BPT software. Even I am happy with their service.

FRAUD\SCAM – avoid at all costs. Had $75 taken from my account when I asked them to only charge for $1.99 trial membership (via email). I have got everything they offer for free from other websites, and their terms of service\business practices are deplorable.

STAY AWAY: FRAUD. I did a research for some documents that I needed in google and I founded a site named torrent. Then, when you click on the link, it will transfer you on buypremiumtech.com They will charge you a 1.99 to open your file and then another charge of 40$us but its a fraude because the documents never existed.

This website does have a professional appearance, and they can help you download anything that any other torrent-related download manager can. However, beware, they often will get you to sign up by displaying a file you are searching for in a general search engine (such as Google or Yahoo), as if they have it, but once you sign up, then search for the file, there may be no sign of it — because in reality it never existed. Furthermore, you should pay $1.95 to sign up, but beware, if you don't call and cancel, they can charge you up to $40.00 without reminding you or asking you.

The site was pretty good. They were able to help me find an obscure file that was not available anywhere else. I called in and the technicians were nice enough to refund the full membership fee. I even went back and signed up for the full membership for 64.95 USD. I still use it. The only think I have an issue with is the layout of the website, it could be better.
