I bought a pair of Apple AirPods Pro for a price too good to believe. I looked over the site and it looked ok. But then within a few hours my pods had shipped from China. I notified the credit card company and they stopped payment. But I had gotten a tracking number and could see it鈥檚 travel. But after 2 weeks I notified the company calling them out. They said the pods were on their way and they were not scamming me. So I waited. Well I got the pods and was so excited and apologized to the company. Well I used them once and they would not recharge. The case and one of the buds would not charge. I notified them and they said right away they would send out another pair. They would not cheat me. Well it鈥檚 been 2 months now and still no pods. The email conversations is what hooked me. I really felt they were trying. I hope they can be caught. Please don鈥檛 buy from them.

I wasn't paying too much attention when my daughter asked me to help her buy some Beats headphones that were "on sale". I purchased, then immediately started looking around and realized that the company was a scam. I sent an e-mail to the vendor about 5 minutes after ordering asking to cancel, but they didn't respond for about a week (and after I filed a Paypal complaint), eventually saying "Sorry, too late we already shipped the item". Item arrived and are complete fakes, I contacted Paypal again, and the seller offered me a $20 refund. I refused, today paypal informed me I could get a full refund, but I had to return the headphones to China. First, it's illegal to ship counterfeit items, secondly according to some other forums, it's something like $115 to ship the headphones to that address. I was tyring to find out if there was some way to report the website, but couldn't find anything easy. Hopefully this website will disuade potential buyers.

Got scammed by this website. Ordered beats pro wireless headphones for $79.99.Once I paid through PayPal I realized that there was something wrong with this website because the email address they gave was Chinese.i tried calling but the number kept ringing so I emailed the seller and asked him to cancel my transaction. He responded saying that he canceled it and would refund my money. He never did. I tried to get a refund through PayPal and they refused saying my transaction was not a fraud since I bought the item. So I tried through my bank. The seller sent me a cheap plastic phone case back on August 8 and told my bank that it was delivered to me so now my bank is not giving me my money back since I 鈥渞eceived 鈥?my item even though it鈥檚 not what I ordered until I show proof of me returning the item.

I recently ordered a pair of headphoness via this site as they claimed to be on sale when I received the item 2 weeks late from China I realized these were not in fact genuine and not only are they cheap knock offs the headphones didn't even work properly. When I tried to contact them to return my money the website wouldn't let me log in and redirected me to an alternative site where my password and email were invalid.
I have no way to contact them other than an email address and I have written several times only to find out no one is responding to the request

The website looked legit, with a secure icon and paypal payment. But the product given was not as advertised. It was distinctly lower in quality, and there were subtle differences in the product received versus the picture posted.
In short, be paid for a brand name, but got a knock off.
I contacted paypal. They have offered $25 dollars to resolve the issue. No one here is satisfied.

This company is a fraud. Website images stolen from Apple. They lie. Won鈥檛 refund money. They are in China not LA as website states. There is no one in US To b contact.
Chinese people are thieves. Offer $10 refund and you keep fakes.

They are theft! Before I purchased these two power beats pro from their website I emailed them to ask if their stuffs are real and original like the ones at the Apple store. They replied my email and convinced me that they sell original stuffs and not to worry. After I paid my orders then I felt weird to think about the price was too good to be true. I contacted them to cancel my order with a full refund. They said they couldn鈥檛 do it because they had sent my orders. I asked them the tracking number since I didn鈥檛 believe they had sent it. After two days they gave me the tracking number with a status 鈥渓abel was created鈥?which means the stuffs were still there and they could cancel the shipping if they wanted to. I requested 3 times to cancel order with a full refund via email and they kept saying not to worry about the authenticity. I told them, 鈥淚 have one pair here that I bought from Apple store. If I find your stuffs are different you take back your stuffs and give me a full refund鈥? They just kept saying their stuffs are not faked! I hate that! The package arrived yesterday and sure enough what I鈥檝e been worrying was true. The two Bluetooths are counterfeit, cheap plastic and smelly, none of them could connect to my iPhone 11. I emailed them two times yesterday to ask my money back and free return shipping. They ignored it instead just gave me instructions how to pair it with my iPhone. I don鈥檛 need these garbage!! Don鈥檛 buy anything from them. This type of business need to be kicked out from the world!! They are such a scammer!! Such a liar!!

Website looks very legitimate even pay through PayPal. Ships from China. No way to cancel orders even if cancel request is the same day. Had a pair of genuine Powerbeats Pro headphones and they are completely different. See attached photos. They are OBVIOUSLY counterfeit. The 鈥渂鈥?is read as opposed to black, and is just a sticker that is even breaking off.

I bought these then realized the cable wasn鈥檛 a lightning cable like what鈥檚 on these. Called Apple & after 20 min was told these were purchased bf & said they were remanufactured changing the lightning cable to the charging cable that goes to my 2nd gen beats by Dre studio 2.0. Was told they never used that type cable on the Powerbeats pro bf

Purchased on 6/20. Emailed them requesting cancellation next day. Was told I'd get a refund in 5 days. 6 days later, I was notified through PayPal that my order was marked shipped. Clicked the link with the tracking number in PayPal, fake link. Took me back to PayPal login screen. I emailed them again because I wasn't refunded. They said they would recheck and refund in 2 days. Still no refund as of July 5. Filed a claim with PayPal and they won't do anything, said the claim doesn't meet the criteria for a billing issue. Out $140 now, with nothing to show for it. Not even some fake Beats headphones.

About 30 minutes after I purchased these, I cancelled my order. Then I was still charged and told that I'd get a refund in 5 days. Almost two weeks later, still no refund. Complete scam!

Powerbeats3 headsets have been on sale and I wanted to buy from Groupon. I googled other sales and the first one Google listed was Buypowerbeats.com for the (too) low price of $42.99. The www site had https:// security, looked very professional, and from the layout I even thought I was buying from Beats directly. I bought. I never received an order confirmation. Went onto PayPal site and found another shop name listed there, and an outlook e-mail address. I wrote them, no answer. I complained to PayPal and a day later they answer me. Claim (in broken English) they are legit but had so many orders they need to produce the headsets first. I knew they were a scam for sure. Asked for cancellation and refund. They promised to cancel and refund. 8 days later no cancellation confirmation and no refund.

I was looking for new headphones and a beats headphones website had a good deal. I went ahead and bought a pair. I have not received them or heard back.

Ordered them in May'20, trying to browse for Beats head set, this site came into radar through Ads on the page, looked cool discount offer, ordered 2 sets and paid premium shipping, no confirmation follow up, didnt allow Visa/Master.. dealing with paypal receipt it has some random email not related to seller and some China post info, tried to connect on social media from there website they are all scammers, phone number always not reachable, no email response back. stay away!!

The site looked legit until I processed the payment thru PayPal. As soon as the payment sent I noticed it was paid to something written in Chinese or Asian lettering. Then instead of the company name being "Beats By Dr Dre" like it says on the banner at the top of the page, next to the payment on PayPal, it says the company name is "Bluetooth earphone shop". I write them an email asking if it's a fake site and they write me back like a day later telling me not to question their product. It's been about 5 days or so since I ordered and I still haven't received ANY tracking info for my item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Same thing happened to me. When questioned, their response was "…..sent a couple days ago". No links, nothing else. Original tracking number still didn't work.

While I was cleaning the house, my son shows me the website https://buypowerbeats.com where the beats headphone sale for $69.99. Carelessly, did not do any research and for it low prices, I ordered 2 beats headphones and paid $140.
Couple days later I received an EMS tracking number through my email. I then track it on EMS website-is a China company i think, and nothing shows up. I tried tracking it couples time more within next couple days, and nothing shows up. The given tracking number is a FAKE one. Reported scam to the bank, and was told that many others had also reported. Wow! Lesson learned.

I purchased my husband Two pair of beat wireless headphones from the website on June 17th. I paid for expedited shipping. I received no confirmation email not even an order number..They have a login page but no where for you to create an account. The phone number listed is always busy even during business hours & I have sent countless number of emails.

The seller is in china using a very legitimate looking website and there is no option to cancel orders. The beats appear to be on sale
