The website gave the impression an item was available for in store pick up, it wasn鈥檛. When Best Buy themselves said I鈥檇 have to wait (even to cancel), I talked to Dave and Dave was able to change my item and get me what I needed that same day. Super helpful, even when I was catching a bit of an attitude

I am very pleased with the customer service . I had ordered an item with a pick up date of 3/3/21. I was contacted by Jarai to tell me that they had found same item with a pick up date of 1/14/21. Yay!! I would recommend using this company!
