I booked a flight from Vancouver to Tokyo with this website. I got an amazing deal on a non-stop flight, cheaper than any flight I've ever bought. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip due to the current COVID-19 situation. Within a couple of hours of requesting to cancel my flight, they issued me a full refund and made the process extremely easy. I was very sad to cancel my trip but they helped make the situation as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be rebooking with them once it is safe to travel again!

Never had any issues with these guys. When I call, they pick up; answer all my questions like a human being. When I email, they respond within 30 minutes. They seem to be a very small and humble company. I purchased non refundable tickets to Tokyo and emailed them less than a month prior to the flight that I want a refund due to COVID-19. They informed me that the refund depends on ANA's decision (which is true). Within an hour I had my refund. Very fast service. Excellent prices. I will be booking with them again when the pandemic is over. I wish them the best during these difficult times.

Booking was quick and effective. Also, when my trip was canceled I got options for it. I asked for refund because of the pandemic and it was processed right away….the only thing is that I will have to wait for 3 to 4 weeks to get the money….overall it was very good.

Buymytrip has really competitive pricing for flight tickets and their customer service is great. I had some inquiries and they got back to me with haste. They solved my issue and gladly helped me with my problem. Sometimes more expensive isn't always better. Cheaper doesn't have to be less good. Buymytrip is good!

Got tickets to Tokyo from YVR $150 cheaper than any other site! Was really worried after i read all the negative reviews but took a chance. Due to the coronavirus we had to cancel and i thought i lost my money. I called Buymytrip and they told me they would give me a full refund, i waiting about 2 weeks and checked my credit card statement. It was returned! Made it easy for me, nothing to complain about

BuyMyTrip is very helpful
I bought the non-refundable tickets in Dec 2019 from YEG to Tokyo. With the outbreak of COVID-19, I decided to cancel the trip around Jan 2020. I contacted BuyMyTrip, they were very responsive. They helped a lot to deal with the airline to fight for the refund, the airline refused to refund throughout the whole Jan & Feb as there was no red flag issued by any government between Canada & Japan. In early Mar 2020, finally I got airline's approval on the refund with the help from BuyMyTrip team. Kudos to their effort.
I am 100% sure BuyMyTrip will be my 1st choice of travel agency in the future.

rude customer service, didnt help with my reservation whatsoever. I called once and he was very unhelpful and rude. Then I tried calling again and no answer. So youre much better off just going with someone else. Im ashamed of myself for booking through this. lesson learned the hard way

Tried to book a flight through Skyscanner and directed me to this company. They had the cheapest flight shown. Figured I would try, and had a lot of errors with the checkout. Called customers service and had a east Indian man basically screaming at me on the phone telling me to clear my cache and that's the problem. Very rude, and I am not exaggerating, literally even if the flight was able to be booked I wouldn't have because of the customer service. Cleared cache – still nothing able to book. He redirected me to their site where the flight was $80 more. Total scam, avoid avoid avoid!!!

Booked on flight hub with no problems. Go anywhere else other then these guys.

All false hopes!!! I did talk to an agent prior to buying my ticket! When he told me that it is refundable! I ask him too many about it and told that its refundable!!! When I have to cancel due to circumstances they then told me that my ticket is non-refundable !!! What a waste of over $1800 right there! They are very inconsiderate !!!

Don't book with these guys. BuyMyTrip told me "Please call your credit card company to confirm exact amount and email us to process for ticketing" I called, my bank was concerned so they locked my account before they could take payment and I had to change all my security info over the phone because my security was compromised, my 4 digit pin, secret questions, everything. The bank couldn't tell me how they were able to get information I did not provide, but it was used to try to login to my online bank.

I emailed BuyMyTrip to cancel my ticket ASAP. They didn't listen. They told me my ticket was still on hold then proceeded to try to take payment from my mastercard again a few mins later, it failed a second time thankfully. During this time I got an email from BuyMyTrip asking for photos of the FRONT AND BACK of my credit card, thats the most sketchy thing I have ever read.

Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $100 and avoid these guys, I wish I did. I'm pretty sure my computer is compromised now considering they were able to obtain my pin etc. I had to freeze all my bank accounts because ALL my personal information is no longer private, very scary and going to be quite the process getting myself as secure as I want again. BuyMyTrip was also wanting me to confirm that they could take 1 dollar out of my account or something, not sure what thats about, could be nothing but I haven't experienced that before. Definitely my worst purchase experience, I don't know how this place is "legit" enough to actually have a store front out in the world. This place shouldn't exist..

I wasted my hour on their broken website trying to reserve a ticket and every time the site would crash or it will change the price on me when I try to pay. I called them and someone told me the site is under construction, after all my wasted time, and that someone would call me back. Someone from the company did call me back and informed me that the statement that he sit was under construction from the first attendant was BS, yes he literally mentioned the S word which this site would not allow me to report. He added that the price change I was experiencing, which I did not experience with other booking sites, was not their fault or the airline fault and almost hang up on me.

They "seemed" $100 cheaper initially, but that was only because NO baggage fees were included and I ended up flying onto one London airport and out of another. I had to take three different trains to commute between the two different London airports and the train fees along cost more than the flight saving! The commute was 3 hours and I almost missed my next flight. Also their customer service is TERRIBLE! Don't believe any good reviews about this company!

The website seemed to be fraud. -If you book a flight, they send you a confirmation with no guarantee for price or fees, and you just paid a thousand bucks without any actual travel documents on hand. The confirmation they send out doesn't garantee anything.
-All the phone numbers they provide as "24/7 customer care" end up at a voicemail box where you are asked to record a message, but doesn't actually let you record anything. If you read the terms & conditions it says: they "reserve the right to change the prices, fees, charges regarding the goods and services available on its website at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to the user or any other person."
-They also claim on the website: "Zero Change or Cancel Fee,
Now enjoy complete peace of mind with the freedom to change or cancel your travel itinerary within same booking day."
but state at the same time in small print:
"All cancellations are subject to an administrative charge plus any applicable airline cancellation charges." very dubious.

BuyMyTrip.com or Skyroutetravel.ca are dishonest !!! They are same company.
I booked flights on their website, the price was confirmed to me on the phone by their staff. Even the flights e-ticket invoice showed same price as they told me on the phone. But they charged my credit card more then they promised.
I called BuyMyTrip.com three times today. First time, the staff hung up my call right after my request without any explanation. The second time, same staff answered my phone and put me on hold in 5 minutes then hung up my call again. The third time, there was no one to answer my call锛乀hey are dishonest and the service is so bad!!!

technical problem at processing the reservation, VERY rude customer service. i googled it while i spoke to him- terrible reviews all around.
canceled the reservation ASAP and checked my credit card to see they didnt charge me.
STAY AWAY!!!
