Mathew is a true gentleman. I had to text a time or two, but buymyipod.com came thru like a champ. I was offered $170 for my Apple 4 watch, but during these times I told Mathew I would be happy with $130. I still received the $170. Kudos

After reading everything on their website and reading the amazon reviews I decided to go with them to sell my ipod. They emailed me the label and I sent it the next day. Their website says they received it on 3/5 but there has still been no payment or communication. I tried contacting them where it said contact us I guess it was an email so I waited a few days but no response. So I texted them yesterday and it says they "typically" reply in an hour no response so I tried again today and I'm still waiting on an answer. It's kinda frustrating that you can't talk to a person. It wouldn't be so bad if they did what they advertised.

Matthew reached out to me after posting this review and I received payment today. I do realize things have been a little crazy with all thats been going on. I appreciate how quickly this was handled so I'm changing this from 2 to 4 stars. I do feel they could have a better way to communicate but they did give me a really good price on my ipod.

It was overall a good experience. Got a good price for an older iPod. Everything was arranged from the other end, they sent postage label, tracking information etc. very efficient.
The reason for the one star deduction is that despite what is said on the website, responses to my texts didn鈥檛 come 鈥渋mmediately鈥?as stated.
Otherwise, payment was quick once I made actual contact. I鈥檇 do it again.

I was a little nervous sending my Apple Watch in for trade-in value but the website showed a location in my home state and they answer Text questions promptly. Pleased with the price and service, and happy to recommend. Thank you guys, happy to #shoplocal at an organization that also has an Amazon presence.

This experience as a whole, because of this company, far exceeded my expectations! When I had questions Matthew was easily reachable and responded quickly! I received top dollar for my devices as promised! I will absolutely be doing business with them again in the future!! You're wasting your time using any other company!!

1/28/2020. Update: BuyMyPod came through and finally sent me payment for my second iPodtouch. They apologized for the confusion, which I appreciated. I just wish I could have spoken with someone because I think this issue would have been cleared up way more quickly. So I have changed my rating to 3 stars because this business is legit, but the communication could have been a lot better to reduce my worry.

It's very odd, but I had one decent experience selling an iPodtouch to BuyMyPod and now a poor experience with a second iPodtouch. When I sent the first iPodTouch, it took a month and multiple emails/texts to BuyMyPod before I received my money, which I received on 11/5/19.

I sent a second iPodTouch on 11/6/19 and it was delivered to him 11/8/19. I emailed BuyMyPod via their chat on their website on 12/7/19 & 1/2/2020 to find out the status. I did not hear anything from him until I submitted this review. Then I got an email from BuyMyPod on 1/3/20 asking me what the problem is since he sent me the money for the 1st iPodTouch. I emailed him back to tell him that I was waiting for the money for the second iPodTouch. It's now 1/27/20 and I have not heard anything more.

This is frustrating because I really thought BuyMyPod was legit after I received money for the first iPodTouch, which is why I then sent him my second iPodTouch.

My first time doing an online sell. It was very combined and easy to deal this company. I would recommend them and they reply to your messages in a timely manner. Very satisfied with their customer service.

It took a while to get paid, but did promptly respond once a review was posted online and paid me for the items I sent.

I鈥檝e been contacting them for the check that was supposed to come and it still hasn鈥檛 got here if it was ever sent.
They texted me once and then never again.

Process was easy from start to finish. Best price found on internet for my iPad.

Although I received radio silence initially, Mathew was responsive via text. I received prompt payment after reaching out. Great prices for my Apple Products and worth the hassle of texting a few times to ensure I received payment.

Overall, I was satisfied. I got payed $50 more than other offers I found, but not without delays and customer service confusion. I sent my device and got emails with the shipping information and reminders promptly after creating the order. I received a 鈥淵our package was delivered鈥?email 2 or 3 days after I sent it. Their website says that I should receive my payment within 24 hours of completion and completion should take 2 business days. This was not true for me. After a week of no completion or payment, I emailed them three times over the course of another week. I received no reply, so I texted the 鈥渋mmediate reply鈥?number and received a response within 3 hours. It took another 1-2 weeks and lots of confusion until I could receive my payment. If you want a great offer and are okay with lots of customer service and delays, this is for you.

BuyMyPod is the absolute best! They offer the fairest (highest) prices to sellers. I have previously sold my old tech to Gazelle, BuyBackWorld, and Amazon. Never again. BuyMy Pod surpasses all for selling Apple products.

I sent 2 pads and now 16 calendar days later my order has it even been marked delivered and I haven鈥檛 been paid. I tried the text customer service number to which I received an auto response text back stating a reply would be received within 1 hour. That was 5 days ago.
I鈥檇 give 0 stars if I could! Now I am going to figure out, legally my rights.

Excellent offers compared to other sites. Payment wise was handled effectively and timely. Working with Matthew was very pleasant, easy and professional.
