i bought a board from them and when we got it it was damaged and didn't work so they told us to send it back. so we did and when we did they kept saying they never got it and we know they did. so we contacted they telling them this and they said they'd give us our refund and they never did. this company is doing something highly illegal so please do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a new motherboard through this site, for a replacement of my old, broken motherboard.
They supplied it, nearly, within time, but with a screw pillar missing for fastening the harddisk. I since then had to use 3 months, in the process for getting them to accept the return and trying to get my money back.
It isn't that they seem to try and cheat me – They did supply my motherboard. But the speed of things and the service level is simply unacceptable. Being promised your return of money, for one week, then the next, then the next and so forth is not okay! There has been loads of miscommunication, due to, guessing, low english level of the support staff. 90% of the time, that a question is asked, you get a response that doesn't answer the question.

I can not under any circumstance find anything recommendable with this company, except for the product delivery actually happening.
