Never got my order and they didn鈥檛 refund my money

i placed an order on april 4th and they sent me a tracking number like 6 days later, and even then they鈥檇 only created a label, hadn鈥檛 actually mailed it. when THEY FINALLY mailed it, they didn鈥檛 even mail it to me. apparently gave me tracking number to some one else鈥檚 order. now when i call them, the number is disconnected. when i email them, it鈥檚 undeliverable, and their website is down. they stole my money.

The site appears to be a scam. They gave me a tracking number and it worked. My package when to the USA instead of Australia. Nobody from support replies. Exactly the same thing happened with ModafinilXL. Total Indian scammers. All of them. Do not buy.

My fourth or fifth order. Always delivered promptly.
Made an order a month ago and I can't even get a valid tracking #. Also not responding to my emails.

I made an order last year with no problem. The order came within 14 days. I made two orders, and after 4 weeks I finally received a tracking number but 7 days later the tracking indicated they sent both my orders to two separate locations!! 3 days after that, Their site and email were down. I am really disappointed and alot of ppl are out to money a product-

I think that I've lost my money. Several days after my order, I sent an email asking whether they've sent my order since I got no information as whether or not had been sent. They've replied they would send it soon. Three weeks later, still no response, nothing has been received, both their site and email are inaccessible. Bad experience

I think they鈥檝e been shutdown I received my product the first two times I ordered but the site and email have been taken down and I鈥檓 waiting on my second order but they said it was on the way. While they were up it was working well

They are lying mofos and their website is down and the emails are bouncing back. They disappeared completley!!!!

Anyone able to contact this company? I placed an order, now website is down! I'll be contacting my credit card company to dispute transaction.

UNBELIEVABLE!! Never thought I would fall for something like this but I did! They kept saying give it til Friday give it til Friday and if you haven't received it we will refund your money ha!! Never going to see that money nor the product again!!
Update…well looks like no product from them! Been trying to get my money back but I'm out that also I guess THEY ARE GONE WEBSITE AND ALL GONE!!

Absolute scumbags.
Ordered last year, prompt delivery no problems so didn't hesitate to order again this time. Wish I'd checked reviews.
Endless requests for an update as no tracking number given.
They continued to bull***t me as recently as YESTERDAY that they were sorry, it is coming, tracking number will be emailed within 24h.
I just emailed again and my email has bounced back.
Email address no longer exists.
Website no longer exists.
Basically they have clearly been in trouble for quite sometime according to these reviews – accepting orders and money with no intention of delivering, then packed up and run with the cash.

Placed my order last month, still didn't get a tracking number.
They don't answer emails.

On the chat every time I contacted them was told I'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours. It has never arrived.

Now the website is down.

Are they still in business? Cannot access on line. I received my last order was short the 10 tablet bonus. I鈥檓 not sure what鈥檚 happening with the site or orders? Can anyone shed some light on the matter?

I've order through this site twice. The first order for 100 pills was fine. I received a working tracking number and got the product within a few weeks.

I placed my 2nd order on March 4th for 300 pills. No tracking email. I emailed them twice before they sent me a tracking number, which never worked, 7 days later. On April 3rd, 23 business days later, I still had not received the product. I emailed them again. They replied back the same day and apologized and said they reshipped the order and would send me a new tracking number as soon as they got it. I never received that tracking number and emailed them today about it April 22nd. I got an automated response back that their email address no longer worked and now their website is down. Looks like I'm just out $275.

After over a month I finally received my product. I'm giving them 5 stars because they kept in contact and responded to my emails quickly. They stated they were having some supplier issues and that's the reason it took longer than expected. No tracking info was sent but it did come in the time frame they had given me in the email conversations they had.

Always get my order but they never provide tracking info like they state. They do not respond to emails. Usually takes 6-8 weeks to get my order – not 5 days like advertised.

have ordered from this company a few times in the past and had excellent service. However, I placed (and paid for) an order on February 28 and received a confirmation email but never received a tracking number (order #10210 if you all are reading this) I emailed at least 3 times with no response. Then, I finally was able to speak with someone on live chat who was so nice and helpful and told me that they were going to reship my order. He even gave me a tracking number! However, that tracking number never showed up in the system and almost two months later, I have not received anything. I was convinced that the company had gone out of business and the nice customer service person was assigned the rough job of damage control, so he was instructed to lie to people to make them happy. Now, I see more current reviews so I feel the need to warn people that although you might get great service, there is also a chance that you might be out $85 like I was and have no options to get it back

Horrible. No delivery after 8 weeks and counting. Had to follow up 10 times so far. Lackluster support. Ordered previously with no problems and was a loyal customer. Will update if they actually follow through but not holding my breath. For now, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I recently placed an order and received my package in a timely matter which surprised me since many similar sites seem to take forever. I also received additional free product for being a first time order which was fantastic!.

They offer a discount if you pay using crypto which is a big plus in my book. The product was quality, and exactly what I was looking for.

Ordered on 4/2. Still no product and no tracking number. This site is a scam. I never post review but hopefully this will help someone else not loose money from this site.
Also- they are having people post positive reviews here in exchange for free product. It鈥檚 on their blog.

Payment system may have been compromised! Don鈥檛 take the chance. I may have lost $275!!!
I will update this review if I end up getting my order but I鈥檓 starting to think this company is scamming people!
