What I think is they do not have an office or any such place, because when I called them I asked she did not give me any reply, so obviously they work from home so they can not be found.
Immediately I informed Klarna about my situation, I said I will not pay any more money, its now coming into week 3 of December, its nearly 3 weeks I wait, so if it was DHL which it is not, it would have arrived within 14 days,, this girl Jane she is part of the bull$#*! culture she adopted, and answering any questions if these phones are new, she said they are not refurbished phones they are new, I will contact a governing body to deal with this, I have transcripts of conversations from them on the help desk which is on the websitesite, remember they do not tell the truth., its," extracting money by deception".

First the service is ridiculous, there is no phone number so the only way to reach them was via email which also was terribly slow. They had sent me the wrong item from what I ordered and wanted a refund. I had to chase them for months to even get a reply and even though it was not my fault or mistake they were rude and would not even listen to my issue and the mistake THEY had made. It was a situation wher I had to spen more money to send back the wrong item to get a refund. And from the way they had acted I wasnt even sure if I was going to get my money back because all it seemed to me was they are scammers. I am definitly not the type to waste my time and energy with people who aren't worthy of but I would not want anyone else going through the same issue as I did.

Bought a Momax Wireless Car Charging unit from them, had a look, they don't sell them anymore. Wonder why! Worked great when it did, overheated sometimes but that was in the direct sunlight.
After 7 months of use, not everyday, but most days, the part where the cable sticks in started getting loose and wouldn't connect properly at all, thusly not turning on. Okay, easy fix, I thought. Tell them the issue and was told to shove off essentially, in a nice 'business' manner of course.
Since it's just out of warranty, they won't fix or replace it, and they actually said that with 'average usage' breakage 'is normal'. Well that's just unprofessional. Your knowingly selling products that will last just outside your warranty period? That's shady and you should be ashamed. I'll also say that I did not expect this to be a low quality charger. I think it was around $70 for a phone charger, not cheap.
Thanks for admitting it though, makes it easier to never buy from them again and tell other people about it.

Purchased item on 25/06/18.
many emails and chats later, was told did not have item.
02/07/18 was told I could have refund.
03/07/18 got email saying I cancelled the order.
Save yourself a lot of grief don't deal with this company.

My case has been ongoing for 3 months now. I haven't had a reply for the last month even though I've showed nothing but patience.
Would never recommended this Buymobile as had issues from the beginning.
