They all claim to be family owned, but they are RIP-OFFs and LIARs.
In late December 2020 I needed a cover for my UTV. I found what I was looking for on BuyMarineCovers.com so I order it and paid for it via PayPal. I never received a order confirmation email, so I decided to call their customer service. After being placed on hold several times, I was hung up on every time. I submitted a ticket using their on-line "Contact Us" feature and didn't hear back for almost a week. When I did receive an email from them they asked for my order number and that was exactly what I requested from them and the status of my order. I called their customer service again and finally got through. They finally found my order and promised it would be shipped the next day and I would receive confirmation, neither happened. I submitted another ticket through their on-line system and received another email a few days later saying due to COVID their shipments were running slow. This was three weeks after I ordered and paid for the cover. One last call to customer service to speak to a manager but they said they had no access to management. I asked again what the issue was with my order and they finally told me it wasn't available. I demanded a full refund and they said they would. One day later I received an email saying my refund was processed and 4 days later still no PayPal credit. Plus I learned they only plan to refund part of my money as they subtracted an "Adjustment Fee" from the total. I got nothing but trouble and had to pay for nothing. DO yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY anything from any of these SHYSTERS, you'll be sorry.

its a scam, they also have no contact in, they are a china company

I recently purchased a boat cover from BuyMarineCovers.com.
Quality of cover was excellent but they ship me the wrong cover.
Their exchange policy is well document on the web page(30days means 30days),
no exceptions! I was beyond the 30days by 3 days so no exchanging allowed.
Why would a company not accept an exchange when they ship the wrong product?
