It is so illogic to find a shopping website in 2020 with no return or change policy. It sounds like 1920. While the whole world is rushing into facilitating online shopping and making it easier for customers, BUYMA is offering a very poor service. I do not care if there is a 3rd or 4th party buyer in there. I only care about my rights as a customer to change or to return as long as the item is unused or in perfect condition, especially if it's recently purchased.

All that I know is that I will never use BUYMA in the future ever. Unfortunately, nothing can guarantee customers' rights like American companies. Asia still needs time to compete.

I think it really depends on what you buy, because I think they're all independent sellers. I ordered a shethiscomma hoodie and I didn't want it anymore so I requested the order to be canceled and I got my money back the same day. Some time later I decided to order it again and the person I ordered it from answered every question I had and was very helpful. The shipping took some time but I was expecting that anyways. I got my hoodie I looks really good it looks legit and I got my item so I was very pleased.

www.buyma.us is a counterfeit goods web store from China with a stolen/ faked identity selling copyright infringing items from China. You get some low quality fakes, or they just steal your money. Sometimes it麓s one way of getting to know your credit card details. Often they use your personal data (name, email, address, phone) for further criminal actions.

Paid $700 for an item I never received. They keep saying whait patiently, or ignore my emails, this website is for sure stealing people鈥檚 money. I鈥檇 pay ten times as much for legal fees just to make them pay for tricking people like this.

Terrible customer service. I returned an item that is NOT as the one the seller displayed on the website. The whole process takes more than three weeks, and I still haven't got my refund. The customer service first let me wait, now, they disappeared, I have to fill a ticket from PayPal.
