I waited four months for my stuff after loads of rubbish emails and no tracking information what so ever I finally get it and they don't fit it took ages for them just to answer me about a refund I'm still waiting do not buy anything from this company is the worst ever

I placed an order and it took over six weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, there was nothing in the package to identify what the items were or any information on how to return. When I contacted them about returning the product, they told me their policy was that refunds had to be requested in 15 days and it had been 18. When I asked for proof of their policy, since I had NEVER seen that information, they quit responding to my emails. Not only is their product worthless, so is their customer service!

The bras arrived finally a couple of days ago. Not quite as great as they seemed in the advertisement and certainly not worth the wait but I do like them.

I ordered bra. They said it would be 2 months before it arrived so I immediately sent an email to cancel. I kept getting replies and excuses about covid. I said cancel anyway. I went back and forth with them 4 or 5 times. I have the emails. They never returned the money. Today it showed up. I had ordered an XXL. It looks like it would fit N A or B cup. It is rely small. I they hsd no right to send it and they owe me my money. I looked on BBB and I guess they have done this to several people. I want my money. What can I do? I am sending a screen print of emails. I can copy and send full emails if you need them

I ordered one bra on april 24 and just received it July 24. The quality is poor and I have asked for a refund because I want to return it and the service rep wants to know what size I need for an exchange.
This retailer is suspect. I hope I get my money back once I'm told how to rreturn the product.

I placed my order of 3 bras (I ordered InstaComfort Wireless Lace LiftBra) at the end of April and finally received the package on June 25. I immediately tried one on and found the band was much too big and the cup much too small. My bra size is in the middle of the range of what their sizing chart said would work for an XL bra. I contacted customer service for a return & refund on 6/26 and only got a auto response saying the request was being processed. When I contacted them again, the response verified my package was delivered. After several emails back and forth I was informed that I was outside the 15 day window to return. I found it very convenient that the timing of their response put the dispute into the late window. I am going through Paypal to get a refund and the company's response is tor me to ship the items to China and they will refund my purchase price. Unfortunately, shipping a small package to China costs more than my original purchase price and I don't trust the company to complete the refund based on their response to date.

The fit is horrific and the quality is awful. I bought a 3XL and sized up on purpose and these are still too small and I am not a large busted woman. The cup capacity on these is ridiculous. The back is just cut fabric with no finished edges. The inside thread (looper thread) doesnt seem to be texturized fluff thread which is a standard in lingerie for comfort. This looks like standard poly core thread. The front closer is a joke with 3 hook and eyes. It took 5 weeks to get these… likely came from China. Do not purchase these bras!!!

I ordered my 3 bras in April and it's July and I still have NO BRAS! These people are scam artists!!! We all should get together and SUE Buylili, they should be ashamed to steal money from innocent hardworking people! Great Advertisement for $#*!TY SERVICE!!! I am a small woman with large breasts. I thought the bras they advertised would be good for me. WRONG…they do not provide any support. I found out that I cannot return them and even if I could, I would have to send them to China. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

My 3 bras finally arrived. The flimsy fabric is a joke. Theres 0 support. The seam was coming appart. Fabric is close to nylon stoking.the criss-cross straps that is suppose to lift your breast and give good support forces your breast to be lopsided aprox. 6 inches from each other. A real shame. I lost $60. There wont give a refund and trust me Karma will catch up with this company. DON'T fall for there advertisement, its a terrible scam. I only bought because of my low budget and thought 3 bras for $60. Is a great deal, but i got nothing in return but a really bad product!!!!Nothing as described, they are thiefs.

I ordered April 3rd and have been receiving emails stating how to track my order. They keep stating that its because of Covid19. Sure I get it. But 3 months?, opposed to 4-6 weeks. I should have read reviews first. Lesson learned.

Its coming to three months of my purchase but only thing I received is excuses. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering then I would not have been this stuck. Now I don't know what to do because I've asked for my refund and they're not giving my money back and they're not delivering my items. So whoever is going to read this before purchasing from buylili, my advice to them is, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANNA THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Don't buy anything from this sham! Order 2 months ago and even after multiple attempts to receive a refund because I have not received the product they have done nothing but say to be patient!

I placed two orders for bras April 6th and April 7th. I have yet to receive either one. It has now been two full months, and the only communication I've had from them is that they are dependent on the schedule of a courier. Sounds like I'm being given the runaround. I wish I had read these reviews before ever handing my money over to this company. Between both orders I'm out $75. I know it could be worse, but that's still a lot of money to me. It really sucks that there are companies out there that are fraudulent and continue to get away with taking people's money like this. I guess I will be turning to my bank to see how they can possibly help me out.

Just learned a valuable lesson… read company reviews BEFORE placing an order. If I had seen these reviews in time, instead of jumping ahead when I saw an ad pop up, I would not have bothered!! Ordered an item on the 3rd May, got vague tracking information (in Chinese – I'm Irish!) which said the item had reached its destination on the 1st June… and on the 7th June I'm still waiting. Don't fancy my chances of getting a refund any day soon either, going by other reviews. Don't waste your time trying to buy from this company! Items may cost more elsewhere…. but the experience won't be HALF as frustrating!!!

Over two months ago I ordered bras. They looked great in the advertisement. They have not yet arrived despite my emailing them and getting responses that they were working with their "courier" to get my order delivered "immediately." I see here that others are having the same experience, which makes me wonder if I will ever get my bras. As I see there are a lot of other unhappy customers here in the same position, I am wondering:
-Has anyone who ordered bras from them in the past few months received them?
-Has anyone gotten their money refunded?
-Is there anything we can do about this?
If I don't get my bras or a refund within the next week I am going to explore options for reporting them for unjust bushiness practices. They can blame COVID and the courier, but other businesses are not taking this long to deliver items. I too regret not having read these reviews before placing an order.
