Buykud

I saw a good looking pants from Buykud on Instagram. I ordered it. When it arrived the fabric was as thick as a fabric to cover a coach or make curtains. It was so thick, it looked awful. I contacted them and to their credit they got back to me and emailed me the paper work to return it. I paid for the return and once they received and reimbursed me for a pants that costed me $50+shipping and sales tax I paid $64 I received only $41 back. Why I have no idea. I am not going to waste time to understand. But I will never shop Buykud or any business who makes me pay for the return. Hope this is helpful.

Buykud's shipping sucks. It took 30 days for it to arrive. Also, the products are not great quality.

Don't buy anything from this company. Took 20 days to ship the item I purchased. That pretty much says it all.

No customer service at all. Completely nonresponsive. Ruining my holidays. BUYER BEWARE. This company has not responded to at least 6 emails.

The dress I bought took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. It was poorly made, with cheap material, no tags at all, loose cottons hanging, really not worth $30, let alone the exorbitant $103. Mine cost $87 and. After changing from $50 us. currency.

This company is a bit hit and miss. Some stuff lovely, other stuff ill fitting.

I have purchased many things over the past few years a nd have been 100% pleased. Yes, you must look at the size chart but their measures have been accurate. They have plus sizes which I use for tops a d dresses as I have 44 inch bust a d I have had no problem. I like their airy unique style and comfort. Most styles are natural fabric so take care with washing in cold water a d hang dry.

I have shopped on this site often over the past 8 years and I always am happy with my purchase and the service.
Fun unusual pieces good quality.

no refunds even if their policy says the do for ill fitting items. in this case, Paypal protects the seller. right in the hip pocket – i wasted USD $50 on an item no one can wear. But that's okay… China based. Coronavirus 🙂

Buyers BEWARE — this is a SCAM business. I wish I could give 0 stars. Just received my order after a few weeks of waiting. Tried getting a shipping update from their customer service site but my email was never responded to. Sweater is not at ALL what is shown in the photo, and I was sent a necklace instead of the earrings I ordered. HORRIBLE quality. "One size fits all" is not reflective of US sizes. They only post positive reviews on their Buykud (buy crap) website. I spent about $60 bucks. The cost of returning this stuff isn't worth the hassle, so I'm donating instead. Last time I will ever order from these sites abroad!!

I ordered winter clothes right after New Years. I just received them today Feb 19,2020 Ridiculous. Thought about exchanging but after reviews nevermind

My mother wanted to buy me some nice dresses when I got pregnant. I ordered from Buykud and it was a complete desaster. In the end I had to pay the cost for sending the clothes, which all did not fit and were poorly fabricated back to China. Never again would I buy there.

My sweater looks exactly what I thought it would and the material is wonderfully soft and yet warm! The color is very true to the picture! I will definitely start ordering more from this beautiful and unusual clothing line!

I had to return a pair of shoes that were of terrible quality. They gave me a return address, I spent more money, and they never refunded the cost of the shoes. After a dozen emails, I gave up. Please research a mail order company before you buy! I鈥檝e learned my lesson.

After reading reviews & getting bombarded by the ads online, i decided to see for myself. Cause it looks cute. What it is simply: cheap stuff from China. So if that's your thing; and you want it, go for it. BUT do not except good customer service, good quality, or easy /simple returns. It has taken me 3 emails & 5 attempts to unsubscribe from their cult like bombardment of e-mail ads……just don't. You can do better somewhere else.
So my cute earrings & wrap, were a small investment in knowing.

Every single item I have bought is exactly what I expected. Very happy.
They look nice, they wear nice and the prices are certainly affordable

Buyer BEWARE…I have had terrible results with this place. Did what I was instructed to do with return; never got credit for worthless merchandise and this was six months ago. Even consulted BBB and and they got NO results. Very discouraging?

$78 for what looked to be a cute oversized sweater. NOT.
Could've bought something similar at WalMart for $40 for similar quality. And it wasn't oversized (although only one size offered) unless you're a size 0. Don't waste your money.

Impossible to deal with – I returned 2 dresses, provided all the photographs they required, received an email saying I would receive a refund and then NOTHING but more emails saying they can't figure out which items I had returned. I spent hours providing pictures of the 2 dresses I kept, summaries of all the emails back and forth, and now they won't even respond to my email. I've started a dispute with my credit card company since BUYKUD won't cooperate. Don't buy from this company!

They advertised a package outfit (3 pieces) and only delivered one of the pieces. They then refused to take responsibility for their blatantly false advertising. This is more than false advertising it is fraud and they should be shut down.

I bought the "Sperry's Penny Loafers" in Dec, 19, 2018 and received them Jan 9, 2018. The little over 3 weeks for shipping wasn't bad. It was the shoes…LOL. Or should I have said ROL (Roll over laughing. My Mom would call these Funeral shoes for the dead!). The quality is the worst thing…like paper (maybe leather somewhere) shoes. I wear a size 9 Reg. and they are more like size 10 wide, almost like a mans shoe. Even with socks…they are too big. But, the worst part (1) I did not believe the previous reviews and I should have. (2) The quality is not there! Not worth your time. Instead of shipping them back, I will chock it up to lesson learn and I will just donate them to the mission center.
