I have gotten the run around many times!!! Not only does this product not work, I have been told several times by their people when I call that I will be issued a refund of $87.00. First, the not only charge me for the Ketocleanse that I DID NOT ORDER OR AUTHORIZE. I specifically did not order it because I already have a cleanse product of my own I use and didn't want theirs, so I know I chose not to get that product, but they still charged me for it, saying that I must have ordered it by mistake, which I DID NOT!. This has been going on since August. They keep telling me I will get my refund. I finally called on November 27th, talked to Erica, with a representative from my bank on the phone with me to get this straightened out, to be told I would get a refund withing 14-21 days. Today is 21 days and I called and talked with Abraham and he told me nothing has been done with this and I cannot speak to a supervisor. He assured me that I would receive the refund within ANOTHER 14-21 days!! This is the biggest scam I have ever dealt with.
