On July 7, 2020, like most everyone else here, I ordered 1 bottle of keto fast, & was supposed to get the other two bottles free, but one, get two free. Instead, and almost 30 days later (which I later found out was the limit for their return policy) I finally received their product, & quite a few additional charges. In addition, they sent me extra product I never ordered, & charged me for it also. When I called in a few weeks later, a representative did not disclose to me the actual return policy. Instead he said IF I really wanted to return the product, I had to wait to get an email from their company on their return policy. I waited, and never received this email. In fact, since the moment I placed this order, I never received any confirmation via email, or postal mail, of my actual transaction. When I called in, literally Day 30, and spoke with a 2nd representative named Shantel, on August 7, she was very rude to me, & told me I only had 30 days to return their products. That day was Day 30. I asked to speak with her supervisor, & she refused my request, made rude comments to me, then hung up on me! That day I called my credit card company, and to date, it鈥檚 still an ongoing dispute. It鈥檚 almost October 2020! I, too, was scammed by these people. They used Oprah鈥檚 ad as many of you stated to also lure me in. They charged me for product that was listed as buy one, get two free! They also charged me for additional product they sent to me, claiming I ordered this! Now they send my credit card company documents that don鈥檛 even have my name spelled right on them. I would never list the first letter of my last name with lower case letters! Now, this dispute continues, & I鈥檝e lost money, time, and energy trying to prove this company is very unprofessional, hires employees that avoid assisting you, should you want to cancel the order, & get a refund. Their employees are very rude, as I said the 2nd time I called in to request a refund, Shantel mocked me, said rude things to me about how upset I was, & then actually hung up on me.

Saw an ad online for fat burning supplement that would accelerate the effects of a keto diet. Ad indicated that the Shark Tank had invested in this, which led me to think this was really legit. I thought $9.99 was reasonable for a 30-day trial, and $1.99 charge could be sales tax, but I have no explanation for the subsequent charge of $34.98. And then there was the sting: $198.70. Each charge was accompanied by a different contact phone number (Listed above). All of which were of no avail.
Bank cannot help as it was a Debit Card – silly me.

I received a package with 5 bottles of Keto fast on June 15,2020. Called company I was given lot number and address. Returned bottles unopened by register mail arrived on June 24,2020. Made 5 phone calls. Sent a register letter. As of July 18,2020 I have NOT received a refund. After looking at this email site I can see they are not a trust worthy company. I want my miner returned.

I reached out to place an order for 3 bottles at $29.99 each and 2 bottles free..
I never hit the button to finalize because I changed my mind , so I decided to hit the back arrow and it charged my card for all 5/bottles at $29.99 . I couldn't believe it) ..I didn't authorize.. I immediately contacted the company because
1. I never finalized the order.
2. I initially wanted 3 bottles at $29.99 with 2/free and they charged me for all 5
3. To cancel immediately
I requested they not ship pills any and to provide me a full refund..Oscar at Customer Service stated they have not been shipped and the order was cancelled and I would expect a full refund in 7-10 days.
Now they're staying they will ship the bottles and when I return them , I will have to pay a 35% restocking fee.
This is fraudulent company taking advantage of consumers.

On 6/26/2020 I went on ketofast website to purchase ketofast 700 diet pills.(order nbr 14332881) The order was buy 2 get one free. My total should have been no more than $85-$90 including tax and shipping. I was charged $149.91 and $34.98 and $1.99 on 6/28/2020. Then I was charged $9.99 on 7/12/2020. By the way, I have not received any of what I ordered even though their website says it takes 3-5 business days. I have been waiting for 16 days. But they have already charged me $196.87. They even charged me for something I didn't order (keto cleanse order nbr 14332891). At the bottom of the page they ask if you would like to add extra product to your order. There is nowhere for you to decline. There is only a continue button. Once you click on continue, the extra product is added to your order. The website also does not show you a subtotal or total of what you ordered. You don't have the option to review your order to make sure it is correct. Once you put your credit card information in, the screen disappears and then you get an email showing the amount that your card was charged. I spoke to someone(wasn't given a name) who said that I could return the product for a refund, and when I asked about the other charges he said they were for an automatic subscription you get when you place an order with them. I have not received anything from this company. They gave me a tracking nbr, when I enter it in USPS website it says " awaiting shipment". I have filed fraud charges with my bank. I will never do business with them again because they are shady scammers. I would like to warn the public about them as well. Ketofast. They use the same mailing address as ketofit and I suspect others.(po box **** Scottsdale AZ 85267). They need to be held accountable.

I ordered one bottle for 29.99, within 2 minutes my charges on my credit card were June 6, 2020,1.99, 34.98 and 154.94, then on 6/21/20- something for 9.99, and then on July 6, 2020, another 34.98. I have not received any product, if you call KETO Fast, 833-635-0511, they won't help you. There are many complaints on the website just like mine.

I look on this website and it said Try Risk Free, buy 2 bottles at 34.98 get third bottle free. When I looked at my credit card after making the original order I was charged 119.98 + 34.98 + 1.99, I immediately called them to say I do not want them to ship the order that they falsely advertised the price and I have called and emailed numerous times to only receive a $56.92 refund and they still have $100,71 of my money and I was never delivered any product. I have attached my full history of emails to their customer service.

Ordered 1 bottle at 39.99 : get 2 free. Billed for $198.70; discovered when charge account was accessed – No receipt, no order confirmation, no shipping information sent. Charge posted to credit card account 6/17/2020. Incorrect order of 5 bottles received on 6/25/2020; no receipt, no return instructions, no additional information in package.

Ordered the shark tank ketofit and never received the product. Called the customer service number no one ever answered, recording keeps repeating 2 hours.
