Yep they seem to be down completely now. I also paid for 3 years, but the servers seem to be all down. Not sure if its going to ever come back. No longer possible to get support.

I have purchased their lifetime package recently and everything works great….the cherry on top is actually their customer service which is great, had had a small problem with one of the channels, I sent them an email and it was fixed within the hour…I had other IPTV services before, they don't even come close to this customer service team…great experience overall so far

Do not subscribe to this service. their support is very bad. they answer you. they say that they have 99% uptime. it is the opposite. you only have 5% uptime. you can never watch something the channels gets disconnected the every minute and they get back on after at least 5 minutes. don't waste your money. I am not subscribing to them again.

Year ago service was ok, even if they advertise that they have EPG. Unfortunately they don't. Right now service is a joke channels I;m watching are freezing and stop working. Believe me not worth any money now. Support has one answer, we are working on it, or o n my side everything is ok it has to be your equipment.

Terrible Service. It's a scam. It's not stable and then it goes off. They don't respond to queries and will not refund your money. Subscribe for three month. Worked for 2 weeks.

Avoid the Fraud – blocked so don鈥檛 wait time and money specially if you have a Mag. I made the error not to test and directly but a 12 month subscription. Since asking for refund no more news.

i thought the trial period was ok.
after purchase for one year, most channels stopped working,
customer service terrible
they said no to refund even though I contacted them 6 hours after purchase.
after complaining again I had reply that in order to issue a refund I would need to send them an original driving licence, original passport, bank statements, original utility bill, ALL my bank account details etc.

They are a scam business,
I wish I seen this site first.

I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD CHECK THESE GREAT,EXCELLENT EMAILS..VERY SHORT,AND ALL THE SAME,they use these on their ssite,as if trustpilot reccomends them.i got banned cos i said service was con,and now back with same crap

Don鈥檛 buy this product from this company they are crooks, I purchased a 3 year subscription and it worked for 3 days, have sent numerous emails and all replies have been negative.
They take your money and do not deliver the goods, I have written to BBC watchdog to inform them how this company trades, I am currently 拢86 out of pocket, a bunch of thieves.
What goes around comes around.
