When you look at the crossed out price on buyinvite, you assume that to be the original price but is it? After checking on several products online by going to the actual product website I find the pricing questionable The item is priced on the actual Beebay Kids website at $17.77 AUD reduced to $14.22 AUD yet on buyinvite it appears to be discounted from $63AUD to $25 AUD advertising this product to the Australian consumer for 60% off…?

This took a very, very long to resolve not helped by Covid Lockdown. My impression was that at each step staff did not bother to read the whole story before they replied, the loose " fob -off" answers were extremely frustrating, useless and showed no willingness to try to understand the problem or the issues. Complaints Manager excellent, but surely staff should be avoiding the need to escalate problems. They appear slack and lazy. If language is an issue they should not be in the job until proficient in any 2nd language.

I will continue to shop with your service, and trust things will be much better in the future.

I purchased beautiful bowl, however it was faulty. I emailed BuyInvite about 3pm on the 19th oct. I got a reply at 7.25pm that night. The next day i sent photos of the damage and at 11.50am they provided me with a refund. All the way through they were extremely polite and very sorry. This has been the best experience of customer service. Congratulations!

Had a brilliant experience with BuyInvite when I had to reluctantly return a gorgeous jacket that had a slight stain. It was dealt with immediately and staff I dealt with went out of their way to be so helpful. Such a delight in these stressful times.

I have been using BuyInvite for so many years I can't remember when I placed my first order. I have never had any problems when I have need to return an item, and there have been many in that time, and at times I have had extra communication via their contacts page and have always had great service from the staff. The range of products is vast & most are of great quality. My fave go to website for shopping.

Prompt response.
I have been a long term customer and find the pricing really good. I recently wanted to return something which initially they said no to but upon explaining the sizing issue they agreed to except the return and sent me instructions on how to go about it. A few messages and all this was resolved within a span of 2 days.
Highly recommended.

I have had few problems with Buyinvite and often bulk buy cosmetics from them. I bought two gorgeous bedspreads from them at a much lower cost than these usually are.

I do object to the supposedly free post which isn't. They are not the only company to charge for the free post 🙁

Very disappointed placed my order beginning if July and till now still have not recieve my order, message buyinvite but still have not got a respond , they provided tracking number which does not show anything. still waiting on a respond from them. i think they are fake and a scam. DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Free Shipping Scam and Bad Customer Service
Their website said free shipping with no caveats. They charged my wife $10 and they wont acknowledge their fault or refund my wife's money back!

They use to be very good even their communication was so good. But early this year I bought cast iron casserole 26cm. They said they cannot deliver to my new address. I asked them to refund me. Up to now I haven't received my refund no communication even if I send the emails they are not responding. I can't find their nz contact number. I don't know what to do now. It's almost 6mnths now. It's not good customer service.

Hmmm where to start with these guys….they have some really good deals…and if customer service and management would make some vital changes this company and its sister NZsale could be really good…unfortunately they don鈥檛 give two s***s about customer feedback or improving there constant inventory problems.

Has got way worse in the last couple of years… out of four orders i have placed only one has happened without it being either

-fake
-incorrect item
-lost in transit

They are not dishonest people however they have ties to a number of questionable distributors.

The customer service is clearly outsourced?

Often customer service don鈥檛 fully understand the complaint adding to frustrations, and the messenger/chat feature is the worst I have seen on any online site….I have waited 5 days for a reply before so I鈥檓 not exaggerating.

If there is something you must have on here then it can be a good deal, but the way it鈥檚 drawn out and unable to ask questions feature, and that they don鈥檛 update information properly…I just want to grab them and yell 鈥渓isten to your customers鈥?br />

I have given them two stars as they will deliver most of the time what they sell….but you are not playing with good odds when it comes to the product turning up or someone actually caring if it does.

I only have positive things to say about Buyinvite! The only time I have ever had an issue was when I was unable to place an order…the next day Buyinvite sent out an apology email saying that they had a problem with their site and that it was back up and running again. Ordering was easy, shipping was very fast and the product quality is good for the low prices.
