Poor service from their staff, good at undervaluing their customers. lack of communication, rude answers to questions list goes on really

I have the same problem. Money is paid 21 January, but there is no confirmation from the site. I wrote tham, but there is no answer.

Finally got my boots, so all good now. Just takes time. Quality seems fine.
They have a better contact page too now.

Totally suspect. I've just made a purchase and created an account with them but there are no email confirmations and no way to contact them.
Lets see if these uggs arrive or not.
Update January 13th:
I have been charged on my credit card but have still not received the boots yet. Very disappointed.
