I ordered online, next day a telephone call advised the cover was out of stock and expected in a few weeks. No money would be taken until the goods arrived and were dispatched. a couple of weeks later an email advised the goods had been dispatched and my credit card debited. The cover arrived the following day. It fits perfectly and is of good quality.

No problem, I called to check on the delivery date and was dealt with by a helpful guy who rang me back with all the details

I would be delighted with my order had TNT delivered it as promised.

It took a week of phone calls, wasted afternoons waiting for it to arrive and delivery instructions that were ignored before it finally arrived yesterday.

TNT doesn't call prior to delivery and as the contract is not with the customer, they're absolutely unwilling to address any problems. Nightmare!

It's a shame because every other aspect of the service is great; good products at a great price and friendly, helpful staff.

Purchased a triangular patio set from buygardenfurnituredirect.co.uk on the recomendation from my son who had previously purchased the same set from them.
Upon delivery the first words of the delivery driver was "Your not going to like this!" – the pallet of boxes assigned to us looked badly beaten up and we were afeared for the glass table top. As this was intact we decided to accept delivery as we had a function on in our garden that weekend. Opening the whole package showed one badly scratched table top metal work, two damaged chairs and a broken Lazy Susan – all we had left was four chairs and an umbrella!
We contacted buygardenfurnituredirect.co.uk and spoke to Daniel, in customer services there, and explained that we had emailed photographs of the damage to the patio set supplied. Daniel arranged for new items to be shipped to us but this took a fair while to arrive.
We appreciate Daniels input into our problem and his help in resolving it.

The only problem was a mix up with dispatch and delivrry, when I phoned to check patio set was in stock, I was promised that it could be delivered in 2 to 3 days , it took 3 phone calls all initiated by me and a furthrr 2 weeks to deliver. That was disappointing.

Ordered the garden furniture and it was delivered a week later on a pallet, securely packed and in perfect condition. Great sevice.

We liked the table we received. It was straightforward ro erect and is sturdy. The only downside was no warning that the delivery was coming as promised the driver just turned up. We were fortunately at home.
