Unauthorized charges on my card

I ordered a risk free trial of the gar莽inia product for the cost of $5.00 for shipping. Within minutes I received a call from a "sales consultant " informing me there was an additional pill and the cost would be $6.90; $2.95 for the first bottle and $3.95 for the second. I questioned why this information wasn't on the website and was told that was last weeks offer and the site hasn't been updated. While on the phone I received an email confirming my order at the same time the rep was telling me my card was declined and I should try another card. I declined and ended the call. Needless to say while we were on the phone my card was charged more than $50.00. Now I am attempting to cancel this order and attend to pursue all legal proceedings against this company

I made a 3 bottle purchase for some trial sample bottles of Garcinia, I got charged later for 2 memberships that I had not signed up for and there was no type presentation about this membership addition. My funds for the membership were refunded but I was charged some overdraft funds of $79.00. They refused to refund stating that they gave the refunds back but even though they caused the problem of the overdrafts they were not will ing to pay for them. I will never do that again and I had read every fine print there was before the purchase. The customer service females were rude and nasty. One hung up on me as I was speaking to her to request a supervisor and corporate contact telephone number. She replied they did not have a corporate that I could talk to and hung up. WOW!

I purchased what was suppose to be a trial sample and just pay shipping, come to find out I was enrolled in membership and charged for membership and two months supply because they automatically sign you up as member.

They take your money and dont refund

This place is a joke received products 3 days ago been charged on my card and wont refund my money its a scam 15 day trial my but don't do it. they automatically charge from the time of order not a true trial period and unclear when doing it even the customer representative said she was sorry that it was unclear but o well.

Billed for product not received with tracking number not recognized by UPS or USPS

Ordered trial product from company. Product did not work. Called Customer Service to cancel. Told no refund policy. Now owe company approximately one hundred fifty dollars for one bottle of product that does not work as claimed. Tried to track shipment with tracking number. UPS and USPS both had problems with number and could not provide any shipment information.

Garcinia Cambodia plus

I ordered this Garcia Cambodia plus product on the 18 of nov according to rep, a Mr. Clize, and had,15 days to try product, ok but I didn't receive my product till 6 days later, leaving only 9 days, I called before my 15 day trail period to a mark who on my later conversation with mr. Clize on dec 6 2014 was not documented nor did anyone of that name as per Mr. Clize work with the company representing Garcia Cambodia plus, needless to say I never tried the product was charged 89.99 on my card and was told by Mr. Clize at station 8 extension 1014, yes this time I asked for more document!!!!! , 5 that within 2 to 3 days I would have answer to my reply, ps email I was given [email聽protected] 1234.com did not exist as per google , still not a good sign. I hope to review on a later date regarding this matter with a positive responce, if not ill Jon the rest of you with a possible civil suit against Garcia Cambodia plus, due to the lack of product info , documentation from workers, and lack of concern for human welfare

Stealing Money From My Debit Account – Permission was NEVER given!!!

Initially called to inquire about order confirmation of more product being sent (?) I did order the 4.95 trial from a Facebook advertisement but did not recall this vender. They explained that the 49.95 AND 89.92 reflected with my bank was because I had not followed their terms and conditions as outlined in my initial order. They then went on to state they do not advertise on Facebook but could not explain why they did not have a copy of my original order to prove they were the original company! We don't keep that information they repeated over and over – oh- but they knew all my acct number information….hmmm. Got nothing as far as satisfaction regarding the 49.95 but an offer for a credit! I explained that was not good enough that I felt something was going on. ANYWAY called my bank they have put a stop to them accessing my account, credited my account the $139.87 stolen from them and opened a fraud case. Glad to see I am not alone!

Terrible Customer Service – Difficult reimbursement for returned product

After trying the product and deciding not to buy it, I returned it within the agreed timeframe, and it has taken them over three months to reimburse my credit card. And, when I followed up, I had to provide the UPS tracking number and delivery proof or they wouldn't assist me. They do not keep records to assist customers, so beware. If you ever do want to return something, it will be difficult and unresponsive. They think it takes up to six months to refund your money. They hope you will forget it; however, this stuff costs $90 per bottle. It's pretty much of a scam. I returned two bottles: 1 Green Coffee for $89.96; and 1 Garcinia Cambogia Plus for $89.92. Total amount refund due: $179.88. What do you bet they get that incorrect as well?

DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS, DOES NOT REFUND UNUSED PRODUCT

I sent an email to cancel. I placed a phone call during their business hours to cancel, I got voicemail. I never received a call back.

Promotional material says that you can get a refund. It does say that membership fee is non-refundable, but their fine print DOES NOT say that you cannot get a refund of unused product. I have material in their shipping packages unopened that they will not refund if I return it.

Charged my card fraudulently

They got hold of my credit card and kept charging it. They gave me nothing. They claim to give a free trial but they sent nothing and chard my credit card $99.89. They should be put out of business for this fraud. Never give your information on line because they are fraudulent.

Charging credit card and won't Stop the membership

It isn't a free trial. It says pay $4.95 shipping and handling for a free trial. They wait until the trial is up and charge you without yet being able to try the product.Have NO Product and have to pay the $89.96. Scam Fraud Do not BUY! Report just like I have here.

Stealing money out of account

They lead you in with a free trial and then rob you blind. I just happened to see a e-mail that had a re-bill for 89$ and one for 86$ without me knowing it. So now they have me for 175$ and two more bottles of crap that don't work.

Product and Credit card fast charge scam

I ordered the "free Sample" and they will not agree to a refund even after I sent back the product unless I can provide that they received in the return.

They will not check their return location for receipt of my return. It has been a month since it was sent out for return so it did get there.

I sent it USPS and do not have the ticket. They want the original copy of the tracking ticket to before they will talk any more, then hung up on me.

I bought as trail off the internet. I told them I did not want it before the trial date was up. They keep sending it and Kept calling them to take it back I don't want it and return my money. They said they would , but did not return it.

Out to get all they can

First your free trial bottle for only shipping is $4.95 S&H plus a ship guard fee of $1.95 then you find out you signed up for an auto ship program for $89.92. When told to cancel the program, they said sorry there is no refund unless you return the product, even though their terms specify you can return even the empty bottle for a full refund minus S&H. Bull****.. you can't, and they offer you a 50% off deal, but fail to mention that if you take it, the offer negates any refund policy for any product. This is what I was told today.

Stealing money from my credit card

I agreed to a trial offer of their product for $4.95. No information on their website that I would be billed for additional UNWANTED shipments. Now they have billed my card for $159.84 in UNJUSTIFIED charges. No one answers the phone at their 800 number. Someone needs to file consumer fraud charges against this company.

Sent free sample and then charged for product

I requested free samples (pay postage only0. Subsequently I was charged a $160.00 for overpriced items. Called company to complain that there was on instructions as to the nature of the offer that items had to be returned immediately to avoid credit card charge. Agent at that point said no refund but would cancel my account.

Master Card Credit Card Fraud

My complaint almost mirrors 4 other complains already submitted. On 25 Mar 2014, I placed a temporary block on my Master Card … product still being sent to me … did not want it … did not ask for it .. today, I cancelled my Master Card account and advised via letter the three scammers that are sending me their crap. My Master Card account number has been passed around to at least three scammers. A Rip-off of the highest order. Informed Consumer affairs offices in TX, GA and SC, the 'known addresses" of at least three scammers.

Misrepresenting program

I ordered what I thought was a 4.95 product only to find it a subscription based program. The charge to my account acted as my notification and this was obviously past the return date. When I called to cancel 1 day late I was told that I must renew for a month and then it would be cancelled .Need-less to say , it was not. To add insult to injury , I was recharged in march.

Refused to discontinue automatic shipment after multiple requests

I accepted the "free" bottle of product. The company continues to steal money from my account, and sending me product I don't want. They wont accept return of the product by sending RMA. I have requested that they stop shipment on multiple occasions. I have received only standard responses to any of my emails with no real movement on this issue.

Charge more money on my credit card without permission.

They sent me some supplement and said it was free, but I had to pay for shipping and handling at $4.95 a piece. Then two weeks later they charged me $79.96 and $79.92 on my credit card without permission. This is a scam. When I called they said it was in fine print, but I do not believe them. They are not honest. It said "FREE" just pay shipping and handling.

misrepresentation – "free," but really a scam to get your credit card number

They offer to send you a "free" bottle and you pay only shipping. I did this. They charged me for the shipping of the "free" bottle, sent out the one bottle, and 15 days later I was charged $79.99 for that one "free" bottle – because I did not return it. When I called to obtain a refund, they refused!
