Purchased Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War for PS4. Some games are fine, others are not, very glitchy game play that makes it unusable. When contacting Activision, they stated BuyGames.PS was not an authorized retailers and could not comment further – as downloading the game from an fake account is not legitimate. Their '100% lifetime warranty' is fictitious – they reply on online chat, but simply to tell you it isn't their problem – AVOID

Scammed my money i buyed a game and never get that and lost my money. Dont buy anything for this company. Fun part is the customer service banned me when i asked my money back and asked them why they are scamming people. Filing a police report in the morning.

I have no idea about gaming but wanted to buy my boyfriend a few games for his new PS5… So after a google search brought 2 games ( expensive ones!)
I have no idea how we are supposed to get these games as no instructions for the PS5 and have had no response from customer service! I want my money back!

They pretend selling games key. They dont ! They selling accounts. It is a scam.

I purchased COD Modern Warfare and was giving a alternate account instead of a license to download the game. Now, i have a new XBOX and I can't re-download the game because the seller changed the credentials of the game and re-sold it to someone else. Now I'm out of my money and that expensive game. In other words, stay away no matter how good they make it sound. 100% SCAM!
I will be filing a report bright and early in the morning!

Hi, this is an honest review of a stupid scam site. I bought nioh 2 on march 13th, after purchasing I'm told I need to log into a random email address and password and download the game then log back into my normal account, dodgy as $#*! but hey I've already paid so why not?
Worked okay until I've gone back to replay it, the seller has changed the random email address so I no longer have access to this 拢50 game I paid for. I cannot get a refund and there is no support. This is bull$#*! and I advise to steer clear of this utter scumbag scammers.

Images attached of the hoops you have to jump through to play these obviously stolen games, I'm fuming and hope this review helps others avoid this $#*! company in the future.

I bought a game 6 months ago, yesterday I received a email from Sony telling me that the family administrator has changed the password, and if I didn't put 2 step verification I would lose the account, I did well in don't trust them, and put 2 step verification and change the email.
These scammer wait 6 month when they can deactivate the account from your ps4 and them resell it to other costumer… Don't buy there, and I f you do it, change email and put 2step verification so they will can't steal your account

I bought Far Cry 5 with 70% percent discount, so 5 stars! I received a new account that is mine 100%. They offer lifetime warranty, so far so good!

Selling accounts to share games may not be ILLEGAL but it IS against Xbox terms of service which means they can delete your account if you are found to be using this service to play games. It is also unethical, as you take ownership of nothing apart from the login details.

Also you recieve NO ownership of the game, only access to an account which can be revoked at any point and from what I am reading, has been on many occasions

This company and others like it DO NOT give refunds and as a consumer you have NO rights if you give them your money. DO NOT BE CONNED BY THESE PEOPLE, IT IS A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

the game is locked every time because they sell it for another persons, i have two time contact them but it happen again and again , they are a scamers , it's better that you buy new one , you will regret if you buy from this scamers.

make your your staff understand those terms. I bought several games NONE are working after six months. Your staff close chat on my face instead of helping me.

god of war was delivered within 5 minutes (account not code), half of the normal prize, can't complain.

the costumer service unprofessional and they didnt send me the code for the game and when i wanted to cancel the order they want to take a 5 euro fee (?) for the cancel of the wrong code they sent me.

Hola a todos, junto con saludar les quiero comentar breve-mente mi experiencia con esa pagina web, la verdad es que en un principio parti贸 todo bien como mucho de los comentarios que leo, hasta llegar el tiempo suficiente de cliente (mas de 1 a帽o) que empezaron a cambiar las contrase帽as de los CD Keys comprados, para revenderlos. He ido a buscar una soluci贸n y me dicen que solo tengo 1 mes de garant铆a, siendo que los ofrecen "garant铆a de por vida" cuando he comprado los juegos, he perdido una cantidad innumerable de dinero por lo que les recomiendo no comprar aqu铆, mi experiencia ha sido muy desagradable y ellos se han re铆do de mi en todo momento sin dar una soluci贸n, al contrario dejarme sin nada y sin nada que poder hacer, hasta banear mi IP. Ojala no les pase lo mismo. Saludos

They WILL change passwords to accounts. in their terms it says "plzz dont change account info"

The only reason they write that is so they can scam you later on. The only game i got left is the one i changed password to.

I recently purchased GTAV and i received the email with the account info right away but the information I received was incorrect. But thanks to Gabriel the game is now downloading 🙂 thanks dude!

Day by day, one by one. Was agreed with their manager one thing, after couple of months when they took enough money start locking all the games I bought. Instantly they changed TOS and said warranty 30 days without prior notice and even affeceted items bought before changing of TOS. Manager not respoding. 20000 Euros damages … Scam from A to Z! You scammers from buygames can contact me on email because you know it very well. You scammer blocked my account on your website so I can not retrieve accounts to check is there anything working left … I have all proof for all people here. Maybe I will even create website showing it. Low life on Earth! SCAM!
