This did at first raise some suspicion (if it's that much cheaper is it genuine) but I kept looking around and my searches kept bringing me back to this company on Amazon. The reviews I read on Amazon seemed okay, customers were happy. So I ordered it. Delivery took just little under two weeks, I was happy with this. I had emails with tracking information along the way. The only disappointment was about two weeks after it arrived I received a letter from buyFIVE asking for feedback on Amazon. If it was positive they would refund me 拢30. I hadn't anything to lose as I had a good experience but I have yet to receive my 拢30, this was about three weeks ago.

Have not received the invoice
Have no idea where my goods are, but has been told through Pixmania they are sent.
But I have no tracing information and getting no answers to all my inquiries to buyFIVE Europe DKdk regarding the missing invoice and goods

It was very early on when things started to go wrong. It was extremely slow, froze which meant I had to keep saving my work in case it froze during a big report! The worst thing was that the advertised product was uk keyboard but I noticed that it wasn't there was no pound sign anywhere on the keyboard. I complained to the company but all I kept being told was that it's not their responsibility and to take it to Apple. So not only did they take my money but they expected me to do the running around too!!
Amazon was no support as they sided with the seller which I found DISGRACEFUL! The MacBook was not fit for purpose!
Now not only do I still have those issues but the screen goes black and can't be re booted I have to wait a while and even then it doesn't always work!
As before they resenting same old emails go to apple we won't help you. I told them that I did go to apple I was told to speak with them to get a full refund. They won't help and I don't know what else to do since Amazon won't be any support. I really can't afford to lose 拢900.00!

After emailing them to figure out why, I was given the brief retort of 'we cancelled your order because of a pricing error'. Wonderful. The price I paid was pretty much the going rate, give or take a few pounds.
That wasn't enough; to rub salt into the wounds, I then found the same camera back in stock for sale on their site for 拢60 pounds more.
Appalling customer service with shocking, greedy business morals. Please heed this advice and stay well, well away from BuyFive.

As Simple as that, unbelievable really and I am still waiting for my refund of almost 400euros. Disgusting way to do business really
