I got scammed! No one buy from here! No communication after ordering my adapter months ago now. Going to report them so it doesn鈥檛 happen to anyone else. Don鈥檛 buy! The good reviews here are fake. They take your money and no delivery or correspondence….phone number out of service!!!!

I purchased an adapter for my recumbent bike and it is the wrong size. I need to send it back and I have emailed buyfitnessonline. There has been no response and I'm just now too late to return the merchandise for a refund. I will not shop with these people again.

I am so glad I found this place. I bought everything to set up my own CrossFit Garage Gym. Their prices are far the best on everything including Power Squat Rack Cages, Weight Benches, VTX Bumper Plates Sets, Olympic Bars by Troy Barbell. I also bought some MMA Kick bags and Grappling Dummies like BOB the opponent heavy Bag and Kick Boxing Training Center, There prices beat anything online and they deliver and install as well. Love this place.

Before making my purchase, I had an inquiry regarding shipping and was pleasantly surprised to have all of my questions addressed over the phone with a knowledgeable operator. (I was surprised because sadly, great customer-service is rare these days.)

I can gleefully say that my order was delivered on time as promised, and the quality of the item I received was great!

I recommend this company to anyone who has workout machines that are in need of parts being replaced. I purchased a replacement part for my spin-bike, and now my spin-bike is running as smooth as it ran the first day I first purchased it.
