Excellent service from this company, ordered on Monday logs arrived on Wednesday. The logs burn extreme well, the pallet goes straight from the lorry into the garage, logs remain stored in the pallet, then finally the pallet is chopped up and goes on the fire too. Would not use any other firm. Well done buyfirewooddirect.

Excellent logs of various sizes- all tucked up in a cosy wood shed. They burn really well and give off a good heat. Just right for the weather we are having! Delivery superb- driver couldn't do enough to help including pushing up our sloped drive. 3 days delivery at an very reasonable price. The logs themselves are an ideal size and appear to be very dry – so ideal for burning. First time I've used the company – will be using them again.

I have used the ash logs for some time now and been very happy with them. This oak/ash mixture is disappointing by comparison. It's probably ok for supplementary heating in a log burner, but I have just placed an order elsewhere for ash logs to use in the Rayburn for cooking and central heating.

I am on my second order of these particular logs as the mixed hardwood crate was out of stock when I came to order them recently. I am happy they were! The ash and oak crate may be more expensive than the mixed hardwood but they burn for longer and with more heat. I have been ordering logs from Buy Firewood Direct for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them and the service they provide.

As always the quality of the wood is absolutely brilliant. The crate is packed in such a way that it would be almost impossible to get any more in. The wood itself is first class. We purchased ash this time rather than mixed hardwood, wonderful. Sorry to say the downside is the delivery. Had a tracking number but all it said when I logged on was that it was out for delivery, no time frame or telephone call one hour before as say I get from deliveries from John Lewis. Delivery driver was great and very helpful. So, overall I would say 9.9 out of 10. Thank you I cannot see me going elsewhere for my firewood.

As always excellent service with what appears to be good quality logs. Burning quality is yet to be tested but previous orders have been problem free. Delivery man always helpful and courteous. I am a regular buyer and rate all purchases highly.

I have used this company a several times now since they was recommended to me.I have to say that their service is absolutely fantastic. The quality of wood is excellent and it burns very well. I live in the the middle of a town which can be quite tricky, yet the delivery driver always ensures that the pallet is delivered right to my door. I can't recommend their service or wood enough!
