I have complained repeately about the "Lite Plan" should be set as default to avoid the system mistickenly set back the bidding to "Standard Plan", and therefore cost more fees than necessary as a result. Unfortunately my voice had been fallen into deaf ears of Buyee's Customer Service. But as a over 7-years costomer since 2013, I would still recommend Buyee for Yahoo! Auction JAPAN.

This is a fantastic website with lots for products, some at unbelievable prices.
The delivery is prompt and the products are always carefully wrapped and packaged.
Some of the stores have higher prices than individual sellers so watch for that but generally the quality of the goods matches the sellers descriptions.

I really enjoy using Buyee, there is a lot of choice from different stores and categories. I recommend!

I confirm the deplorable quality of Buyee customer service. On paper, they promise you mountains and wonders: everything goes well … until the day a problem appears, and there, do not expect the slightest refund or commercial assistance. They will certainly answer all your messages, but never offer a concrete solution or customer service. They play the watch to finish by explaining to you that it is up to you to solve the problem. An example? If a package does not arrive at your home (lost, delayed or returned), they will never reimburse you, or even charge you twice if they collect the package! (lived experience). Lost in translation

I saw a picture of a nice Seiko watch on buyee and they put some very confusing statement down about "breath." I was unaware but the listing was just for a bracelet. I thought it was misleading and as soon as I purchased the item the photo disappeared. It was not really even an auction at all, since they accept no bids yet they refused to issue a refund. I find the site much more difficult to navigate then aliexpress and they are difficult to get a hold of through customer service. These transactions did not show up in my account and they offer no way to leave feedback. So the seller appears to have 364 good ratings but no place to tell anyone about my personal experience. I also think Buyee has frivolous and over priced services as well as shipping expenses– which the ad by kk houry said that the seller would pay so on a $23 item they padded $33 worth of expenses on the price. 10 for services and 20 for shipping– this is astronomical compared to what ebay, amazon or etsy would take. So in the end I simply declined to pay for the shipping. I do not recommend them to anyone

I recently discovered the Mercari Store on Buyee. I bought T-shirts, wallets from the Mercari through Buyee and the goods are very value for money.

The promotion of international delivery fees discount is attractive and the delivery was efficiently and professionally arranged by Buyee. I received the items in Hong Kong just a few days after I made the delivery option. Wonderful experience!

I have probably been using Buyee for a couple of years now. I use it to be able to purchase Japan exclusive products that are hardly available anywhere else. I used to get my items from tha Auctions and Yahoo Shopping pages, and the Addition of the Mercari marketpalce is very welcome. I was able to purchase some rare items at very cheap prices there, and compared to the items in the auction and shopping pages, the seller would normally cover for the domestic shipping fee. I also love Buyee's free warehousing services and was able to make full use of it during the Covid outbreak, as I could continue buying online in spite of the many shipping restrictions ongoing worldwide since I could stock up my items in the warehouse until the situation got better. There are of course some additional fees when you purchase items, but Buyee offers coupons regularly to discount this, so it is best to time your purchases when these coupons are available.

Having problem consolidating items… even for a few items.. cancelled my request for several times for no reason

I have been using buyee for getting stuff in Japan for many years now.
Navigating their website can sometimes be a bit frustrating but I find the 鈥榯ranslation鈥?in their website useful for non Japanese user.
The other reason I like using them is that they are always very helpful and will at least try their best to help us resolve any issue (with or without success) arising from the purchase.

Oh yes, i have had similar experiences with buyee cutomer service, especially this Francis guy, who used every opportunity to lament and complain just to show he is way above his job as customer service. I mean, iy you want to accept this job and get paid, I dont care how smart or over qualified you are, you suck it up! With customer service staff like Francis B writing as a customer service staff, i am using other services such as Blackship and Whit Rabbit Express.

Recently I bought a watch in Buyee website but found that the crocodile leather was a prohibited item to be shipped out of Japan due to customs regulations.

Thankfully the staff of Buyee was able to give a suggestion or rather a solution by helping to take away the crocodile leather and then they can shipped the remaining items to me.

I thought it was quite a good idea although I may not get to receieved the crocodile leather strap. But at least I could still get to enjoy the watch I bought.

It is a good experience in shopping my favourite goods, Mogu long arm people, which are sold solely in Japan through "buyee" in September and early October 2018.
