I was preparing for our upcoming family vacation and saw these really cool inflatable bags on Facebook. I placed an order for 4 after reviewing pics and Frequently asked Questions. After placing my order I noted there was no address given with my confirmation. I decided to wait the 2 weeks to check status as provided in the Q&A. 2-wks passed so I placed a call but the operator never asked for my order number, name or address but rather referred me to their email and/or FB. I did both. I received a canned response, however nothing to do with my personal order. I again emailed and received same canned response. I called, same canned response. I have sent 4 emails, all requesting a specific status, or cancel my order and refund my money. they never address my request to cancel or refund. Over 4 weeks later still not comfy bags.
