I have had the same experience as Kay B. Ordered shoes. Shoes arrived. Poor quality. Clearly not as advertised. Arranged to return the shoes with acknowledgement from Buychristianlouboutin.com Returned shoes 6 weeks ago. Followed up with several e-mails. Responses to e-mails have sounded positive. words like 'we response soon' … BUT no money returned so far. DO NOT GO near this website unless you like to pay a high price for rubbish!!

I bought an item from this website, which they then told me was out of stock (once they had taken the payment from me). I asked for a refund, which they agreed to, but after weeks of chasing them it is clear I will not get my money back. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
