Haven鈥檛 gotten tracking number till today after I contacted them , I think they forgot my order excuse was ups haven鈥檛 gave them the tracking number what? Never heard that one before

Buybrakes.com was the only place in the country to have a particular rotor in stock. This saved me from having to try another rotor as I have a track event before the manufacturer will produce more. Buybrakes matched the price of a competitor and followed up to verify fitment.
I鈥檒l be buying my rotors here from now on.

No shipping on weekends I understand. However, I ordered Saturday and it is approaching lunchtime on Tuesday and still no tracking info or email indicating my order has shipped. I talked to customer service yesterday (Monday) and was assured my order was ready to go and would be shipped before the end of business Monday.

They made sure I got my brakes to me as soon as possible. Great response time. I will definitely be recommending brakes from these guys.

I always ask my son what he would like for Christmas. This year he told me he wanted parts for his car and he gave me the links to find it. I ordered it and right away received confirmation. I received an email telling me the color was not in stock. We were willing to wait. But I just got confirmation that is on the way it will be here before Christmas and so appreciated. This company is awesome and it's all run by veterans thank you so much for a job well done,
The customer service rep is from the exact town where I live I thought that was pretty neat( You Know Who You Are thank you)

I ordered brakes off of z1 motor sports on cyber Monday. They told me today 12/2 that I wouldn鈥檛 see my pads and rotors until February so I searched again. I found you guys, and I will say that your website as a whole needs some work. Hard to navigate, then freeze up when I chose the nismo option. I called and spoke to Adam Hume rep. I.D. 279. He was awesome, super helpful and very knowledgeable on my brakes. I would recommend this guy to anyone who鈥檚 looking for brakes! Adam thank you again!

Ordered 鈥淚nstock鈥?brakes 10/26/20
4 weeks later still haven鈥檛 received a Shipped email. I called customer service I was told the computer didn鈥檛 relay my order to EBC. So the brakes were not shipped yet. I purposely ordered the brakes before I needed them knowing COVID might slow things but, a MONTH for In stock brakes is Silly. This is the 3rd order I鈥檝e placed and the 3rd time it has taken more then 3 weeks.
Despite the best prices on EBC this will be my LAST order from Buybrakes. Get your act together Clowns.

Wow! The Staff at Buybrakes.com went above & beyond in communication and sourcing my impossible to find GM rotors. This was a transaction that earned my business for life. There were no excuses in this transaction that covid tried to sideline. They under promised and over delivered.

Not impressed at all. Was told my package would be shipped and would arrive by Wednesday. Now its Wednesday and I have just recieved my shipping code saying it won't be here till friday. Got a great price but it's not worth having to wait longer especially being told I'd already have it. Probably won't be doing any business with you again.

Incorrect advise on fitment of caliper clearance issue. Also crappy paint job on calipers and it鈥檚 peeling off. Also took forever for their order. Of course everyone blames things on corona. Full of s***. Just don鈥檛 order from these guys. They make a sale and f the rest!

Shipping isn鈥檛 fast. They shipped all but one rotor and that rotor hasn鈥檛 shown up

This was a fairly negative experience. I placed my order on 10/1/20 and received an immediate confirmation of my order which I liked. After 15 days (10 business days) and no furter response I decided to email to check on the status. No response. The next day I called and was put on hold for 13 minutes, then they hung up. I received text from the person I was talking to apologizing for disconnecting, she said I could try back later. Of course I called right back, this time I got someone else on the line. He seemed like I just woke him up, and was hard to understand…he mumbled a lot when I asked questions. He informed me that he didn't know what was going on but would get back to me later that day. After about 4 hours I texted back inquiring about my order. Apparently this company has customer service agenst using cell phones, probably fielding calls from their homes no doubt. Anyway, he promised that I would have a tracking number later that day, or early the next morning. By the next day at noon still no response. So I texted that I need the UPS tracking numbers. She texted back stating that they didn't have them, and I could try back later. I responded that I would like a refund, and the confirmation number of the credit back to my card. She replied "why would you want to do that, it's only been 24 hours since this was expedited, but that she could do the credit" Of course it was now over 2 weeks since I placed the order and since my credit card was charged in full.

I responded…"great, be sure to forward that confirmation number for the credit" Then I received another text right away from yet another person…she said that they were shipping today and gave me 2 UPS tracking numbers. My response was "fair enough, I'll see the brakes on Wednesday". They did arrive Wednesday, and all parts were there and they were the proper part numbers.

Funny how after all that, my order went out that day. I feel that this is their way of doing business….squeaky wheel gets the grease. Wont' use them again…AVOID!

BuyBrake.com is a blower room operation. Dont believe what you read on their website. Buybrakes is one of several other online stores that uses the groups inventory as their own to give an impression of a well stocked business. Under Advanced Performance Parts umbrella.
They'll take your money right away within seconds and never ship out your order.
Its a common complaint with everyone. Charge your credit card and never ship out the order.
Legitimate and honest online stores will charge your credit card after the item has shipped out. Which Buybrakes.com does not.

I feel like I ordered the part at least 2 weeks ago and it's just now being sent How do you feel about it

Vehicle鈥?on September 25th. And they shipped it out on October 2. So, I am expecting another week for it to get here. I was supposed to get my tracking number within 24 hours but it took about a week.

Prices were good so I decided to give them a try vs my usual supplier. My order was 15 days ago on 9/15 and I still have heard nothing. No response to email inquiries and my call to them resulted in them saying my order was processing without being able to tell me when it might ship. I get it if COVID is causing delays but the site said they would arrive by the 25th when I placed the order. Order #943948

Moving this to 4 stars because BuyBrakes got back to me on here very quickly.

This store came up in a Google search result, rear brakes and rotors for $42. Sounded promising, visited store and entered email for additional 10% off. Then I entered my information for the vehicle and did a search on the site. Results came up one for $42 and one for $79. Checked the one for $42 and was prompted that the brakes don't fit a 2006 Sedona EX even though it shows that it does, and that's the only search even made. Clicked okay, now my prices have over doubled! Same thing happened when I pressed back in the browser and looked at the one for $79. Thought I would go ahead anyway since I entered their mailing list for 10% off. When I entered the email for the code I was then prompted it was no good unless I spend over $99. This wasn't clearly stated when asking for my email in the pop-up window. These are clearly very shady sales tactics. BuyBrakes.com lost my trust before they even had a sale.

I called BuyBrakes about an incomplete order I had received. They had an answer about my back order (with tracking number) in 5 MINUTES!!!! Very impressed.
