The design I submitted for my box was changed when they turned it into the proof. I didn't notice that the logo had been moved and was off center until I got the boxes. I don't know what the process is from the template to the proof but apparently it's not just taking it from a flat design and turning it into a 2D box. There's a place in between where your design can be changed.

I am beyond blown away! Not only are the boxes top quality and beautifully printed but the order process was easy, and the customer service was excellent. I had a few questions when I received my proof and Stacey went above and beyond to make sure my boxes were just how I wanted them. I am truly thankful.

I found the web site difficult and confusing to negotiate. I needed to start over 4-5 times. As a result, I wound up ordering and confirming a box size I did not want. It is true that you sent me an email to confirm the order. After having spend well over an hour trying to place my logo in the right place, and having to start over so many times, I thought I was certain that it was right. So I did not examine the confirmation carefully. This was my mistake. Except that the boxes are the wrong size, they are good quality. And even though the first order did not work out, I did try again. I am hopeful that the second order will be what I need.

Excelente Job, tool and delivery…

I have used your site before and it was easy,pleasant experience. This time, I was extremely dissatisfied with the site and customer care experience. My entire project got deleted after I had finished designing, leaving me to reconstruct the entire design again. After reconstructing it, IT STILL DIDN'T SAVE THE FINAL COPY. Of course I didn鈥檛 know this til I had already paid and received my official product proof for approval. That鈥檚 when I got handed to customer service. They were nice. But the fumbling of information continued as all of the edits I sent in a separate email got misplaced in your system. Thankfully after all my stuff had been deleted so many times, I had also saved a copy of what I needed fixed. It took over a week to get this all straightened out, resent, reprinted, and finalized. After it was finalized, there was no accommodation from your company to expedite this small order, and it was even offered to me that I pay EXTRA for faster shipping. I ship orders all the time, and the size of this order could easily be placed in 15$ usps priority box. Instead I am left here twiddling my thumbs, not knowing when these boxes will arrive, with orders that need to filled and shipped out for Christmas. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with your business model, website functionality, and customer care. My time is money, and so much of it got wasted trying to fix things that never should have happened.
