Hello. These people took my money for a portable air conditioner. I have received nothing as far as my purchase goes. They dared to send me an email, which has no recognised record of said company. Please help. Thank you

Ordered back in first week of July did not receive any response till first week of September (by email)saying your order is confirmed and ready to be shipped. I was told that the order was shipped on the 21st of August, a young lady named Wendy replied that it should be at the warehouse in Wayne New Jersey no later than September 18th, that when the units are received then I'll be refunded. (??) Still waiting. Sent pictures of the item order number as well as confirmation numbers, and as of today I got my return email from a young lady named Steph who said the same thing as before when the units arrive at the warehouse we will your account will be refunded. Still waiting on the ship to come in!!!!!!

I purchased this portable AC and is not as advertised. This is a total piece of s***, I've asked for my refund since 9/20/20 and I'm still waiting for an answer on it.
This company first excuse was "item has not been received" keep in mind I sent via UPS and I have a tracking number with a confirmation that item was received.
The 2nd excuse was they lost my email with tracking and copy of shipping document.
The 3rd Excuse was same as 2nd excuse
I have sent tracking information 3 times and no answer as of yet.
THIS IS A SCAM – NOT WORTH IT ITEM – AND LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE –

7-16 order two units from Blaux. $98.94 and $49.99 =$148.93.
I also cancelled on same day, it would take to long to get to me. On 8-6 Blaux refunded the filter and warranty, but no refund for the two units. When I told them, they gave me a tracking number. Called my bank USA banks dont use China tracking number. So I sent them copies of my bank statement showing I never received a refund. Several Reps have email me. Still dont have refund.

purchased over the internet. contact them numerous time, told that order would be shipped no later than 09/10/2020. No shipment.

Ordered one unit on 6-19-2020, printed my confirmation, but never received any e-mail with any shipping information, not only that, the charge showed up as a recurring payment on my bank statement. I put an immediate stop to that. Thank God. 3 months have passed and I'm not pissed anymore, but people should know they are a scam. I have seen the ad's on MSN home page and on facebook, they should be fined for advertising this scam!

I placed an order for 3 Blaux Portable AC units on July 16, 2020. Have not heard anything back about the shipment. I emailed [email聽protected] on August 18, 2020 requesting shipping confirmation. Still have not heard anything back.

I have not rec'd my merchandise nor can I find a way to contact them. there chat site, only way to contact them. responds, issues pls try again later

I ordered two Blaux A/Cs at $158.48 and a replacement filter at $14.99 on 06/27/2020 and the charge was applied to my account that day; I have not received anything, never received a receipt, I have tried multiple times to contact the support and the phone number is inoperable, multiple emails have gone unanswered, the "award winning support service" does not respond, the online chat connects but their is no one there to respond (8 times) and no answer messages are sent. This is a scam

I ordered 2 of these conditioning units and was told it will take about 2or3 weeks for delivery. After about 1 month I tried to call and got a recording saying they had a high volume of orders and it would take awhile to ship my order. I tried their support team on line and they told me the same thing. now its been 2months and I find out I've been scammed. Makes me afraid to order things on line anymore. What a shame, 200.00 is a lot of money to some of us people.

Purchased deal advertised on 7.14.20 for three a/c units priced at 202.48 initial confirmation email sent., not received any follow-up delivery confirmation and the USA telephone number is now inactive, unable to communicate no units received.

Ordered portable ac cooling unit on line. Was promised delivery in 30 days it's been over 36 days was never given tracking number still havent received product. Called they told me two more weeks but couldn't be sure. Just want either product as asap or cancel order.

This company 鈥淏laux鈥?is advertising portable air conditioning units. I purchased 3 on 6/17, and have yet to see the products arrive. They emailed me 1 time saying they cannot find my address, other than that, I鈥檝e tried to communicate with them but they do not communicate with me. I鈥檝e tried calling them, and they say they transferring me to an agent, but i get sent to a survey, then hung up on.
