It was the first for me buying from this shop and therefore a bit skeptical about the service like with any new websites.

I contacted a few times by email and phone BuyBestShop and very happy with the solutions they gave me to my concerns/questions.

People behind the company are very professional, and delivery is made by them (not external companies) so the goods are always perfect.

NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER
long and arduous servis
I had a problem with the standard remote control TV remote exchange lasted almost a year extra tv was almost a month in servis
Solution of the problem: THEY told me to use the TV in a different place (tragedy, lack of professionalism)
After replacing the remote control- backlight and then no power tv (another 3 weeks in SERVIS)
After repair tv still backlight on both sides of the tv
Report still the same fault: answer – please wait 2 weeks or drive tv to zwolle
I works in SERVIS and what they are doing is some sort of mockery
honestly I not recommend shopping at this webshop (BUYBESTSHOP should by BUYWORSTSHOP )
I take tv to my work service in den bosch

Perfect deal and by far the best price on the net. It took a little week for the delivery but it was worth waiting for and it was nicely delivered to the door by the owner him self.
