Ordered perfume samples. Never received them. Sent two emails inquiring about my order. No response. The Instagram account they linked is totally blank. I had my credit card company reverse the charge. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Like many of the others here, I never received the product I paid for. I thought I was in an original site to buy a name brand skin care product and didn't notice until after I paid that it had switched to "buy beauty". It's been about 4 months now since I ordered. I stopped my cc payment about a month ago and was able to be reimbursed by the cc coverage.

I ordered a product, good thing less than $40. I've not received anything. This is a scam. Perhaps I can call my credit card and report them and get my money back. Please buyer beware

Placed and order got the confirmation never got the order reached out to social media channels and email and called relentlessly I know someone's answering because the sent me to voicemail everytime. Disputed charges and got my money back. The worst

I ordered a product from this site in early June and have received no tracking info and no product. I've emailed their customer service 3 times and no response. They are a scam! I am disputing with my bank. Stay away!

I ordered $160.42 worth of facial care products from them in June 2020. I never received the products ordered. Email has gone unanswered. I'm sorry that I did not research this company prior to ordering from them. Very upset!

I ordered perfume and received the wrong one. Can happen right? I emailed and received no response. I called and it went directly to VM, so I left a VM, the second time I tried calling the number was not working. I also tried their website chat, but it does not work. So I am mailing to their address now and have disputed the charge until I hear otherwise from them. Product seemed real, just inaccurate with what I ordered. I wish their customer service is better, glad I did not spent more than $50.

Just like everyone else here, I ordered $164 worth of shampoo and never received it. They don't answer email and the phone number just rolls to a voice mail. I'm sure the street address is a bogus address. DO NOT buy from this Scam company.

Why has no one shut these people down? They also run a site called beautypricematch.com they are nothing but scammers. I ordered fragrances from here over a month ago and ZERO response. Hopefully the FTC actually does something with my report of this terrible scam.

I ordered a Laura Geller product at the beginning of May. No tracking number and emailed them 3 times and no response. The phone no. on their website is restricted. Just tried chat and it shuts down. If no order in the next few days or no response will contact my bank and have charges reversed.

Ordered men's hair and body wash 7.0 oz 6each costing 164.00 they sent me 23 Trial size 1.7 oz . Emailed them NUMEROUS times and received no response! Do not trust this company

I purchased Dermalogica product from them on 5/5/2020, and i never received my item. I received an e-mail the next day, saying that my tracking number will be provided within 24 hours. I never got it. I emailed their website x4 times [email protected], and got no response.

I ordered something from this company on April 15, 2020 and a month later still the tracking said "shipped". I emailed their bs customer service twice kindly asking for status on my package and never heard from them. The next week I called them and no one answered. So then I just ended up reporting the company and filing a fraud claim through my bank against them. DONT ORDER FROM HERE! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I can't believe I fell for this site. Stay away. This is not a real sales site. The contact numbers are phony. They will send you "tracking info" for your purchase which will just be a link to a tracking service. Also goes by beautypricematch.com
