I recently purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max but did not want to use my iPhone XS max as a trade in because my wireless provider was not offering fair market value and capped the value at a much lesser amount than what BuyBackWorld was offering. The process was easy and user friendly. I submitted what I was trying to sell, received a quote, mailed out my iPhone and in less than a week the exact quoted amount was deposited in my PayPal account. Very happy with the process and will use BuyBackWorld on all future transactions. I will also recommend to others who are interested in selling their mobile devices.

To make a long troy short BUYBACKWORLD recieved 5 phones from me total to purchase.
4 used ones and 1 new one.

Of course the 1 new one that was worth the most was not received. Im not sure how you get the other phones but not the new on when they were all sealed in the same package.

I sold my Apple Airpod and I didn't receive payment, it's been more than one month. I sent many emails to check status, no one responding.

I sent two 100.00 gift cards to them and had received a quote that felt like an okay amount. The cards were received, but I cannot get them to send payment. They said payment might be delayed due to Covid-19, but I've been waiting three times that. I think I'm screwed.

I had used another company and they offered me $1 because I put the wrong model number down as a "s" (couldn't remember) even though the phone was in perfect condition-didn't even check. BuyBackWorld was great and offered me the full amount! Thank you BuyBackWorld!

Got an email saying they received an empty pouch that the weight of the pouch reflects that I did not mail it. I absolutely did! I did exactly as I was told to do and now am stuck with ZERO

I was pleased with transaction. My item was accurately described to BuyBackWorld. They provided me with a quote based on my description. BBWorld sent me shipping material as they stated they would. I sent my item in. BBWorld acknowledged receipt of my item. Within a reasonable time, BBWorld paid me the full amount that they quoted at the outset. Easy and fair transaction.

Got a few dollars for a device I normally would have discarded. Didn't end up in a landfill.

I sold back 2 iPhones and an iPad. I was quoted one price before I sent them . Much to my surprise, after they received my items and inspected them they told me the iPhones were worth more than they originally quoted and paid me that amount! Totally unexpected!! That is integrity in my book!! Great doing business with an honest company!! I will recommend them to everyone!

Same complaints as other users here. Chat not available, call and VM full and not answering emails. Sent in 6 iPhones 5 weeks ago and they still have not processed. Order number is PS2216418879011. I used them in the past and had a great experience. Quick and easy! Not sure what the issue is this time.

Sent them a lens, in response to a quote. Recived acknowledgement that they had received it, but never saw the $$.

Be sure to read the website before you send your items in… I sent in something that was in fairly good shape got a revised amount that was decent… accepted their offer, but before I accepted their offer… I received an email stating that the turnaround for my inspection would be 10-15 days… Ummmm no. Your website says two days and that is when $70 was slashed off of my initial offer after I sent the email inquiring about my merchandise. Now I am waiting for payment… I chose the PayPal option because it was quicker. All you need is a persons email address or their PayPal ID in order for you to pay them using PayPal… Less than 10 seconds depending on how fast you type. So I do not know why it would take 2 days for the PayPal payment to go through when it is an instant transaction. I have emailed about payment and gotten no response. The chat link is always offline and no one ever answers the phone number. I got a pretty fast response on the first email… but nothing on the second one so far. If you need cash fast… you may want to explore other options.

I was a tiny bit hesitant, because sites/stores like BuyBackWorld are hit or miss, sometimes. There was a slight delay with the whole process, but it was still well within the dates given by the store. Especially with the holidays falling right in the middle of the whole experience. It went smoothly, my full payment was sent promptly and I have no complaints!

It was very easy to sell my old AirPods after buying the newer model. I followed their instructions on the website, printed and attached the free label to the box I was mailing it in and a couple of days later they contacted me via E-Mail. I owned them for several years and in my opinion were in "fair" condition. When they inspected them to confirm their value, they bumped them to "excellent" condition and gave me a better price! I was very impressed with that.
