In late December 2020 I needed a cover for my UTV. I found what I was looking for on so I order it and BuyAutoCovers.com (800) 651-8922 paid for it via PayPal. I never received a order confirmation email, so I decided to call their customer service. After being placed on hold several times, I was hung up on every time. I submitted a ticket using their on-line "Contact Us" feature and didn't hear back for almost a week. When I did receive an email from them they asked for my order number and that was exactly what I requested from them and the status of my order. I called their customer service again and finally got through. They finally found my order and promised it would be shipped the next day and I would receive confirmation, neither happened. I submitted another ticket through their on-line system and received another email a few days later saying due to COVID their shipments were running slow. This was three weeks after I ordered and paid for the cover. One last call to customer service to speak to a manager but they said they had no access to management. I asked again what the issue was with my order and they finally told me it wasn't available. I demanded a full refund and they said they would. One day later I received an email saying my refund was processed and 4 days later still no PayPal credit. Plus I learned they only plan to refund part of my money as they subtracted an "Adjustment Fee" from the total. I got nothing but trouble and had to pay for nothing. DO yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY anything from any of these SHYSTERS, you'll be sorry.

I purchased an auto cover for my vintage car In November. I did not have the cover on more than 4 weeks and I began to shred. It took an additional 2 weeks for a "return label" to be generated along with an additional $35 for a "Warranty" and return shipping. I have now tried for 2 weeks trying to get information on my replacement cover which has now cost me a total of nearly $200 (including my original purchase price). I keep getting a reply that they don't have my return shipping information from the warehouse and I will have it within 24 hours. no such luck. STAY AWAY FORM THS SITE! I AM NOW WORKING WITH MY CREDIT CARD ON A DISPUTE AND A REFUND OF MY PURCHASE.

Definitely a scam with their Warranty. Over the phone they said they would send their warranty department a message. They requested numbers off the cover, I think they thought they would of been washed off, but all the numbers were there. I bought a top of the line cover with 4 yrs warranty, at yr 3 the cover inside broke down and started leaving white residue on my truck. Once I submitted the numbers they emailed me back stating they were under new ownership and could not honor the warranty, I will be contacting Attorney General.

Do not purchase any covers from this company. Their product is horrible and do not stand by their warranty. I purchased the top of the line cover and in less than two years it ripped apart. Had white residue all over my vehicle from the white liner. The cover I purchased had a 10 year warranty. What a scam. When I contacted them they said the business was under new ownership and management two weeks after my purchase and they would not honor the warranty. They told me to file a complaint with my credit card. Instead. Instead I filed a complaint with the state Attorney General Office. Stay away from this company at all cost. Gave it a one star because I had to. Could not give a zero or less.

My cover started to degrade after 3 years. I got a warranty claim approved. I paid them $35 for shipping of my worn cover back to them (sent July 19) and for the return shipment of the replacement cover. They said the replacement cover would be shipped in about 72 hours after receiving the worn cover. It has been over a month and they claim they are out of stock. However, as of this morning (Aug. 28), their web page for the cover for my truck says it was in stock. I actually chatted with a company rep ahd he wrote that they had the cover. However, when they determined that I was the one ordering, they changed their tune and said the web page was wrong and that they were out of stock and it would be another week. I would not do business with this company again.

I ordered a new cover for my truck and a completely different cover was delivered. The cover I received was a cheaper cover than the one I ordered with a shorter warranty. They said I could return the cover for a restocking fee of 20% and it was there fault they sent the wrong cover and they were going to charge me the restocking fee! I e-mailed them 3 times trying to explain the problem and there times they sent the exact email response which did not address the question I asked. I finally said if the cover will fit my truck i will keep it. When I finally got around to put on my truck it did not fit! Their next response was I had waited past the 30 day window to return it and they said to bad we wont take it back now – I will never order a cover from BuyAtuoCovers.com !!!!!!!

Bought this cover online, wanted a cover for a Mazda3 for sun protection. After waiting a week it finally got here, but was so wrong. Too big and not for sun protection. Called and complained. They said they would charge a 20% restocking fee and would have wait 30 days for a refund. Very dishonest and corrupt. Beware. I gave the thing to a friend and he really appreciated it. I didn't want to give a star, but had to.

After 3 months the truck cover started to tear and shred. I attempted to get a replacement multiple times after almost a year of getting claim numbers, calling customer service people… over and over they just ignored my claim even though the product was "under Warrantee" receiving nothing.
This Business must pay to modify reviews because they are definitely NOT customer service oriented!

I purchased a top of the line car cover from buyautocovers.com that included a 10 year warranty (Superior Guard 5 Layer). This cover is pure junk. After 6 months, the white felt interior liner falls apart and disintegrates turning into a fine white powder that completely coats my vehicle. Customer support asked me to send them pictures of the fine powder on my car so they could approve a return. I sent the car cover back to them and they replaced it with another cover that appeared to be slightly used (had two small tears in the exterior). Rather than make a big deal of it, I kept the car cover. Six months later, when I was taking the cover off, I noticed my entire car was covered once again with a fine white powder. Now, they do not answer or return any of my calls or emails. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these people. They also trade under these names: justmotorcyclecovers.com, buy-rv-covers.com, allgrillcovers.com and buymarinecovers.com.
Customer service is non existent. They are selling inferior car covers and they will not stand behind their product or the warranty claims they advertise on their websites. STAY AWAY.
