I decided to buy a star for the family of my best friend after she lost her battle with cancer as a memorial present. The star packaged arrived five days after it was processed, just as was said, and the certificate is absolutely beautiful and the information pack very interesting. I also brought the necklace with it which is very dainty and very lovely, but the chain is quite short. However, it was a very easy purchase and is amazing quality, I would recommend to anybody planning to buy a star!

Absolutely Amazing

I received the star in which I ordered within a week of ordering. Ordering was simple and straight forward, however I did order a twin star and included peoples names one had 11 letters the other had ten.. when I put in their names there was no number limit.. however, when I received the certificates the last letter was missing from the surname of the second person.
I would like to have been contacted to tell me that this was going to happen, as I assumed that because they were twin stars I would have got two separate certificates.. or the website should have given me the opportunity to write names separately.
On saying this, I would recommend this website, but communication regarding my issue would have gratefully appreciated.

My Client lost her baby in December so I thought it would be nice to buy a star in her name.

We dedicated a star to our Goddaughter that passed away, it was a very emotional moment when we presented the certificate to my brother and sister-in-law (her mommy and daddy)!! Now our little Angel's light not only shines in our hearts, but will shine bright up in heaven for everyone to see!! <3

THis was a present for my wife for our wedding and after 10 days I got no response or product and as soon as I complained the order was cancelled. This was following buy a lame excuse about the post which i didn't really believe
