Bought kinah from them only to get passed around by countless reps to have one tell me only their manager can give me a refund (after 4 days of waiting) going to have to report this to my bank and get my money back. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Tried to buy kinah, a week had they just did not want to give what was owed to me, they are scammers!

I feel like a fool for having used these guys. Sponsored ad on google reported item "IN STOCK" and delivery under 10 minutes. I placed order at 11:00 am PST, was told there was a delay of 4 hours. 9 hours later I was brushed off by CSR (online chat) who told me "several" hours. Nothing yet. I think i've been had. I submitted a claim with paypal. I hope i get my money back.

Same as everyone else, ordered gold and 5 days later no gold, no answers, and no refund. think their support is just pc. Please wait, i'll go check. 20 min later – we are gathering your gold, we need more time, ty for your understanding. FRAUD!! they promise 8min-24hrs. JOKE!!! i've been had!!

FRAUD! They never pay up and even though they promise your money back they never do. Do NOT buy from them!

Got ripped off. They answer chat and then say theyre looking into it, but never return and never send the gold. If you got ripped off please also report them to google ads and have their ad removed

This website is a Fraud they do not pay up or refund your money do not use them or you will get burned like i did.
