From the very first phone call this company were first class. Though I鈥檇 missed the deadline for the NHS staff discount they still offered me 拢200 off the Warranty as a good will gesture. All the details of the car were sent to me promptly and they answered any queries quickly and fully. The delivery was smooth and on time and the delivery driver very helpful and polite. When a small problem arose with the battery needing replacing after standing for so long during lockdown, they sent payment same day to buy another. Cannot fault the sales or customer service 5 馃専 with special thanks to Erica for all her help. I would highly recommend this company and have done so to work colleagues. 馃憤

Over the lock down period i needed a car quickly. However i must say the sales team you first deal with are very hard to get in contact with. They also promise to call you and update you. ( they never do) Its says from the day you pay 199拢 the car would be taken off the website ( it wasn't ) Over a period of 4 WEEKS, my car actually arrived. VERY HAPPY WITH THE CAR.
After care team are great if any problems with the car. This was sorted after a little bit of confusion.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Unfortunately our car delivery was delayed due to covid, but the customer service continued and they kept us well informed. Really great customer service. Lots of correspondence via post and email. When I queried a slight defect with a window wiper they were quick to sort. I will be looking for another car for my husband and would definitely recommend this service.

Firstly pictures in the listing don鈥檛 look real. It gives an impression, you鈥檙e looking at pictures of a different car to the one being listed for sale. Then there is 拢300 fees charged plus 240 delivery fees inclusive VAT. Avoid all this hassle and rather buy a car by visiting a dealer in person and doing a test drive and verifying it yourself rather than relying on web portals.

Bought my first car with finance with Buyacar a few weeks ago now. There were problems with the vehicle when it arrived and certain aspects which I wasn't informed about by the sales team. However, the after sales customer care were fantastic (shout out to Erica). Fully covered the costs of the issues which arose. Quite stressful at the start, wondering if the issues will be resolved but now, I'm very happy with how everything has been handled.

Can not fault this company… First time getting a car on finance or even buying a car myself!!! … The staff are all lovely,friendly and very professional. I purchased my Jeep last year and it had little light on when I got the car from buy a car, contacted buy a car and they encouraged me to get it sorted asap… Went to the garage and it got switched off but by time I got home the light was back on…Never bothered to go back and get it fixed as I thought it was OK as the garage advised it was nothing to worry about….Then a year later it goes for its mot and it fails due to this fault….Contacted buy a car and they were so amazing advised me to get it to garage for an estimated price to fix the sensors. Sent the estimate and within two hours the money was in my bank and car is in garage getting fixed. Really gives u confidence in putting your trust into a finance company and buying a car on finance knowing there always at the end of the phone to advise you. Five star service

I have been in contact with buyacar for almost two weeks now, I am desperately in need of a car, I originally found the perfect fiat 500 which they then said I couldn't have due to faults that they weren't told about, understandable. They then sourced a different fiat 500 for me, however it was a lot more expensive but i was willing to go for it. I signed a contract, paid extra for the deposit on this vehicle. Everyday I have had to call for updates and being told I need to send more and more information that was not mentioned previously, they would never bother to call me I always had to call them. Each time I called them they needed something new, why could they not ring me to tell me that? If I never rang them for updates I never would have gotten them. I am still waiting for documents to be sent that I was told I would've received almost a week ago which is delaying the whole process. Every time I call I am in contact with a different person that never knows what is going on. I have given them my deposit and now I feel as though they have just pushed me aside and am no longer a priority to them.I tried to pull out of the sale as they keep messing me about but now they are saying my refundable deposit is now no longer refundable. Very upset and annoyed.

update:
After writing this review and sending a very long email expressing my concerns, they suddenly switched and sorted everything I needed in an hour. Maybe it was because they gave me a new sales adviser, Francesca, who was so helpful. I didn't have to badger her at all for updates and she sorted everything efficiently and my new car is now arriving in three working days. Maybe the previous salesman just didn't want to put in the effort. Thank you Francesca for all the help.

update again:
Just a week after receiving my car it had a very dangerous problem with him. It is a semi auto but every time i drive it would put itself into neutral and put me in many dangerous situations. Luckily I bought warrantee with the car, however I took it to a garage and they said this problem had been recorded over 200 times on the vehicle so buyacar would have known that when selling me the vehicle. I have almost been hit by three cars do this problem, each at round-a-bouts. I am so upset as I was told they check over all the cars before selling them but clearly they hadn't as it is so unsafe. My car now needs to be in a garage for 7 days and they wont give me a courtesy car or even sort me out a hire car. They offered 拢50 to travel to work for a week, however, one taxi there costs 拢15 each way and will also be working for 5 days. Very annoyed and upset.

Great experience. Liaised with a nice man called Anthony. He guided me through everything from the moment I called enquiring about a new car to the point in which I received my car. They worked around my schedule and ensured that I was completely happy. I was able to get my car within 2 weeks. They moved efficiently and answered all the questions I had. I have been enjoying my car for about two months now and everything I was promised, I got. A lovely customer service team and I would definitely use BuyaCar again in the future.

First the good points – nice cars, helpful staff BUT be aware that if you're a cash buyer they penalise you!
I went through the whole process happily until we came to the payment method. At that point the agent announced that as I wanted to pay cash they would charge me an additional 拢300 over the published price! If I go to a dealer, I want a discount for cash, not a penalty… I don't mind paying the advertised price but nothing more. They no doubt get a commission from both the dealer and the Finance company, so they don't need to screw the customers as well!

As a first time buyer and a new driver, I was very worried about buying a car that I have never seen or driven before but I cannot recommend them enough.

The whole was process was very smooth. I reserved the car that I wanted, completed the order form on 30th December and got the car on January 9th.

It was delivered to my door in immaculate conditions (full car valet service) by a lovely gentleman who spend time showing me the car features.

It is true that the advertised price is for financing and that there is an additional 300拢 payment for cash purchase but you can't blame the company, I guess this is how they make their money.
Either way, I was happy to pay for the extra money and get my dream car delivered to my door.

This has to be the best car buying company l know of, they do all the hard work for you.The process is so easy just find the car you love, and sit back and wait for your new to a arrive.If you have any problems just give them a call and they will deal with it quickly and efficiently.This was the first time l bought a car on the internet so a little apprehensive, but l had no cause to worry.I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family my new car arrived in perfect condition.
