I believe you can recognise a good company by their service and attitude when a problem happened. But this was not the case of Buy4less. Since there was a obvious problem Stave was very rude to me just because I am foreign (yes I am and I do know my rights even I am from different country). I don't think is professional attitude to say the the costumer I know the law better than you and on the top of it add am I spiking English? I purchased this car VW passat 2.0 liter silver, 2008, black leather seats. After two days problem, fallowing local garage and investigation more details of VW Dealer who confirmed problem with clutch or gearbox. Yes, I know there would be a problem with use car but I was not happy how Stave took care of it include his attitude to me!!! In the end after fighting for my rights I successfully returned the car back get my money and only half of my expenses. I do not recommend this company!!!

From the start he was sharp and rude. My partner looked at the service history with the key attached. He took it to start the car and the guy had a go taking it off (it's only one staple) being very rude as the other key was in his pocket. He didn't say to not take the key off…? He asked me if we were seeing any others. I said maybe one more if we don't like this one. We viewed here first as would have loved to have this car. My partner asked to test driving and he refused. He said he only lets people test drive if we are 100% buying it. I said we will if all is good on the test drive. I am not buying a car without a test drive. He refused as we were looking at another car and said it would be best for us to go and see the other car then come back. What dealer refuses you to test drive a car?! I am not buying it and then we get down the road then something is wrong and he says tough it is yours. All in all a very very bad experience! I'm not giving money to people so rude!

Apparently acting on behalf on Flubit I was contacted by a Customer Services Manager who questioned whether I wanted to keep my account !!! Same Customer Services Manager stated I was "angry" whereas I advised her I was "disappointed". All this after a BeatMyPrice order had been incorrectly advised as sent through a different retailer !!!
Their complaints procedure seems very basic hence referring this matter on.
A very disappointing experience where the customer has done no wrong and assumptions lead to a poor service

Have been buying models from this company for couple of years now and consistently reliable. Products are less than elsewhere, are as advertised and delivery is extremely prompt,
